Ordered Late January, still no shipment

Ordered it late on January and just got the payment confirmation. I'm not sure if they'll ever send it but either wise wouldn't recommend to order there to nobody. Thanks for nothing. Good idead, but bad bad executing

I've been waiting over 5 weeks and…

I've been waiting over 5 weeks and nothing!!! Contacted customer service for them to give a bunch of excuses. I sure wish I'd have read these reviews before ordering!! Terrible terrible shipping and customer service, I'd suggest you save your money and find another company, there's several out there that do the same thing!!!

Slow as molasses in January.

Ordered on February 2nd after falling for a Valentine's Day ad like many others who have reviewed. Got in touch with customer services who informed me that they simply don't fulfill orders or produce and ship particularly quickly. I'm sure the product will be lovely, but the wait is infuriating.

Extremely Disappointing Experience and Rejected Refund Request

My ordeal with Order #146366 has been nothing short of a nightmare. Receiving only a Desk Stand and having my refund request rejected adds insult to injury. The company’s use of internal software to collect reviews likely means this feedback won’t see the light of day, adding to the frustration. Given the company’s 1.2-star rating on TrustPilot, my dreadful experience hardly comes as a surprise. It’s disheartening to see a company not only fail in fulfilling orders but also in addressing legitimate customer grievances. Buyer beware.

Do not purchase from this company. Fraud.

Purchased on 1/24/24 with notification of shipping update given on 1/30/24. The company created a 'label' for the package and order information was provided to UPS to generate a tracking #. This prompted an update in shipping status from the merchant even though UPS said they only had a label. Had to call and confirm with UPS that no actual package existed. Emailed support who told me that the shipping was slow to update and not to worry.

Never Got the Order Either

Placed order 1/24. Asked why I have not received any shipping info on 1/29. On 1/30 I get 3 emails. "Your Order is on It's Way", Your order is "Out for Delivery" and your order from print your places has been delivered". On 2/5 in the evening I email them and get the following at 1:19AM US Central time:
"Thank you for bringing this to our attention.

As per the investigation, it seems like your package was lost during transit since it shows no movement as of January 30, 2024.
You can also verify the tracking information here: [BLANK!!]

In line with this, we have escalated the matter to our Fulfillment Team so reship your missing package the soon as possible.
Can you also confirm if we still have your correct/updated shipping address below so we may reship your package?"

Tracking number never showed a package was even picked up! Dispute filed with credit card company. Draw your own conclusions.

Scratches and Import taxes higher then the order itself

Plaque and stand arrived just on time for New Year, it needed to be here before december. Plaque was full of scrathes and very poor quality.
WATCH OUT, for Europe you need to pay Import taxes, for Belgium this was more then the price of the complete order. Answer, that's normal. Never I had to pay import taxes.
Stay away from this company.

Delivery system is a mess

Delivery system is a mess. Tracking is worthless. Every day for a week, it’s been out for delivery. They call it “mail innovations”. What it really should be called is “we don’t have a clue”!

Terible place to get present

Terible place to get present. I ordered 12 days bedore Christmass and paid for expedite printing. My order came mid January and it only had light stand. No plaque. And costumer service is even worst.

I never received the item

I never received the item, and according to the tracking information, it was never shipped to my address. When I contacted customer service for a refund, they informed me of a "$10 processing fee if you decide to cancel your order."

I clarified that I wasn't canceling my order but rather pointing out that they failed to deliver it to me. Consequently, I argued that I should not be charged any processing fees. Unfortunately, they never responded.

It has now been two months since I placed the order, and there has been no resolution.

My advice: avoid purchasing anything from them; it appears to be a scam.

I received my order with only the stand. I've emailed them 3 times and no response. I found them on BBB and it's written in red that they do not recommend this company.

I thought this was such a great gift…

I thought this was such a great gift idea. I was excited to order it. I filled out all the required information and paid for 2 day shipping. That was a joke. I've already missed my anniversary and all i got was a piece of plastic as a base. They said i didn't order the print and I'm getting to get my plaque now. I wish I would have seen these reviews before ordering. Now I'm at their mercy to take care of the order. Now I'm trying to get it before Valentines day, fingers crossed.

This business is a scam

This business is a scam. They falsify their receipts they send you, acting as if all you ordered was a “light stand” to place something on, without sending you the actual plaque they advertise as their product. In no advertisement or purchasable item is there just a “light stand” to order. The light stand is added AFTER filling out the form of what you want on your plaque. I’ve reported them to the BBB and reported the claim to my bank.

Don't waste your money

My experience was horrible. I placed my order mid December. I paid extra for express printing, as it was a very special Christmas gift for my significant other and I didn't get my order until 2 weeks AFTER Christmas. The customer service was awful. No one ACTUALLY helped me. I requested a refund since well, I spent almost $100 for something that I didn't get until well after the expected date. Nothing. They just kept pushing me out telling me it was coming. Truly the worst experience.
The lack of customer service and assistance forced me to last minute find another Christmas gift for my significant other, leaving me to spend even more money because they couldn't meet their own expectations. Ships within 3-5 days (without paying for express printing) or whatever they claim? HA! Based on that alone, I should have received a full refund for false advertisement but jokes on me I guess because they certainly didn't refund anything to me. I will NEVER recommend this company and I will NEVER purchase from them again. I am absolutely disgusted that after everything I dealt with, they couldn't refund what I paid them after multiple requests. They just gave me the run around.

As for the product? I definitely wouldn't say it's worth what I paid for it. I could have made it myself with my Cricut for a tiny fraction of the price.

Waited 5 weeks just to only get the stand…

Ordered this before Christmas and didn’t get a shipping confirmation until last week, even though I paid for expedited everything. Package got delivered yesterday and all that was in it was the flimsy wooden stand for the actual plaque, no plaque in sight. LOL. $40 down the drain. Emailed customer service, but that doesn’t seem promising. Don’t purchase.

Unsatisfaction Guaranteed

Why would a website that says “satisfaction guaranteed” say you have 6 hours after the order to make changes? These are gift items. The recipient will not have a chance to make changes/corrections. Basically my boyfriend bought me garbage. I would never display something with a spelling error. We also got the base before Xmas and the crappy gift on 1/8/24
