Aside from one of the staff coming in to fix my TV dropped my sound bar slightly on the floor after unboxing. The rest was done professionally. All was set up fast and swiftly.

Prism uses underhand tactics to sell…

Prism uses underhand tactics to sell its TVs. One common ploy is for one of their resellers to respond to a TV repair call, state that the TV is beyond repair and offer to immediately install a Prism TV. The technician ran down to his van, installed the TV and all the apps. I paid 550 and was told a warranty and bill would be Whatsapped within a day. Nothing ever came and when I contacted Prism they gave me the runaround for 2 weeks and then dropped the case. The TV is okay so far but I doubt it will last more than a few months at most. Caveat emptor, my mistake.

happy fridge purchase

This is not my first time purchasing items from Prism. Not only their products are affordable and reliable, their customer services are always without delay, from contacting me to schedule delivery dates for my fridge or TV, and when I needed to contact them during the warranty period, their technician would come to do troubleshooting promptly within 1-2 days after my phone call.

Friendly and professional

Friendly, speedy, professional installation. Good communication, the electrician kept me updated on eta via Whatsapp. Good product at reasonable price and clear explanation of the product.

PrismTv is good and worth every dime

I face no issue with prism from the very first purchase till my recent purchase of PrismTv. I had the first one for a good 4years plus before needing a 2nd one. And my 2nd purchase is also worth it. Love the picture and graphics.

Firat time Buyer

I was skeptical about the product as the price is cheaper compare to other brand. I went around to ask if family or friends have tried their product. I do get positive review and decided to move forward in purchasing the Vacuum cleaner. I was impressed by the product look and the functionality. I am planning to purchase a fridge next.

Good Product, Fast Customer Service Response

Besides the good quality products, fast delivery, the next most important factor is Prism+ great customer service. Good and fast response, not to mention it gave good advise.

The only disappointment I had was the product (TMF 330) bought was reduced in price by $50 just 2 days after during 4.4 sales. I wrote in to customer service to ask for at least a return voucher but the request was rejected. Thought Prism+ can be flexible in this matter. After all, the return voucher will be used to buy another of Prism+ product.

I’m truly grateful for the excellent…

I’m truly grateful for the excellent service I received. From the moment I visited the store, the staff were patient, attentive, and took the time to guide me through the purchase, including explaining the 5-year warranty.
Although the TV was initially scheduled to arrive within 7–10 working days, I mentioned that I would be traveling abroad soon. I really appreciate how they went the extra mile to arrange an earlier delivery for me.
The delivery team was also very helpful and ensured everything was properly set up. While I experienced a minor issue with the TV’s color brightness, their response was quick and professional, and I feel well supported as they work on a solution.
Overall, I’m very thankful for their dedication, professionalism, and care. It has been a smooth and positive experience.

However, it would be nice if he/she have knowledge of the coming event and advice customer accordingly. This would surely built a lasting consumership.

Worth it.

From the day I make my way to Nex. The sales person explain to me (so sorry forgot his name). Did not pressure me anything. Giving me a good price. Take me a day to make a decision.

Surveyor come over and we had a good chat and exchange ideas.

Installers came install and clean the place up.

Customer service contact me for arrangements.

Everything is smooth sailing. I just hope the unit can last at least 5 years. If it does, the next 5 years I may be fitting my house with Prism+ products.
