Original invoice altered to reflect reprint instead of original, screenshots of original and altered have been taken. Same invoice different headings.

On June 9th, 2025 I purchased what was labeled as an original led Zeppelin concert poster and concert ticket from pristine auctions. When I received it, the poster was actually printed in 2024. While I believe the ticket is authentic, the poster is definitely not and when I went back into the photos on the auction, they cannot be enlarged in order to see the reprint date. So that is not something that would have been evident that someone would think deviated from the title "original." What is most disturbing is that I screenshot my original invoice with that original heading saying that these were original. I just went back into my invoices and brought up the invoice for this purchase and the title has now been changed to a "reprint." I have screenshots of both. They should not be able to alter an original invoice which makes this site incredibly suspect.

***EDIT per Pristine Auctions Response***

After receiving the item I purposefully went back into the listing and took a screen shot and enlarged the poster photo and it blurred to the point the 2024 date COULD NOT BE READ. Additionally, the listing I bid on did not indicate reprint for the poster. As my invoice has been retroactively altered, I'm sure the listing has been also to show a clearer date on the poster and the title to include the word "reprint." This alteration would not have been done if there weren't complaints. I stand by my original review. I'm lowering this to 2 stars because of no apology for confusion from their original listing when they responded here, and flat out altering my invoice and not acknowledging that constitutes what I would consider unethical practice. I also found nothing on their site where it said that I could contact them directly about this. I didn't pay much for it, but it's not about how much it's paid. It's about the ethical practices. Not much that they could have done about it. I would have kept the ticket for the money that I paid and not returned any of the items but reaching out to them doesn't let other people know that they are doing this.

Updated reply: We have issued a full refund for the item, and you can keep it. Please allow 2-4 business days for the credit to be reflected on the original payment method. We also ask that in the future you reach out to our customer service team with any issues and give us an opportunity to resolve.

Based on the listing, the pictures can be enlarged and clearly show the 2014 reprint date. Additionally, both the title and the description of the item state that it is a reprint.

The tickets themselves are original, as proven by the letter included with the listing.

Please know that our customer service team is always available to help if you have any questions or concerns about an item. We don't see any record of you reaching out to us about this, and we're happy to assist.

I won three items on their website

I won three items on their website. I tried to use my bank account, but they had to send two small deposits to verify it. After seven days, nothing appeared. I tried to use two debit cards, two Capital One cards, all of which were rejected without a valid reason. I called and talked to an arrogant person, who said they processed the payment and were shipping the items, even though their website was still trying to collect for the items.
So unprofessional and disorganized.
I wanted to pick up the items, but was charged $17 for mailing. Also, maybe they tried an expired card, but the cards I tried were my business accounts, which are still active. My mailing address is different from my card address. When I tried to use my card address, which is a PO Box, the information was declined continually.

Hello Paul! We've looked into your payment attempts and found a few issues: two were declined because the billing address didn't match, and another used an expired card. We don't have a record of any attempts made with your checking account.

It's important that the payment information you enter matches what your bank has on file. We're happy to confirm that your invoice is now paid!

Hello Craig,

We've reviewed the 14 auctions you've participated in since creating your account. In each case, you were outbid by other customers who utilized the max bid feature. You can find more information on how this works in our FAQs here: https://pristineauction.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/22380738796311-Outbid.

Regarding your mystery pack purchase, please note that while you are guaranteed to receive an item as described in the listing, a "hit" (a highly desirable or valuable item) is not guaranteed. Mystery packs are a form of gamble, and if you're looking for a specific, guaranteed item, they may not be the best option for you.

Found the exact drivers helmet autographed and certified easily. Auction worked flawlessly and I won. Product was shipped fast and it is an amazing piece for my collection. As described in mint condition wrapped securely with foam and inside a helmet bag.

Already have my eye on other sports autographed memorabilia in my watch list. Amazing site and pretty easy to navigate by website or app. Highly recommended!

Disappointed

I recently have been ordering a fair amount of items from Pristine, even though after you pay the buyers premium, shipping and handling and taxes, the deal you thought you got, is not necessarily a deal. I usually have a good experience but I would warn against doing the mystery box purchase. I did it for a NFL mini helmet mystery box and ended up with a O Line man from the 70’s that I’ve never heard of. I know I took the chance so shame on me, it will never happen again. Paid over $80 bucks for something that’s probably been sitting in the warehouse for years. Gonna take a long break from ordering as it put a bad taste in my mouth,

First item I ordered came in crooked…

First item I ordered came in crooked aster spending over $200 on it. I let that slide after getting poor customer service. Second strike is deceptive pricing, fees, buyer premium and “shipping cost” that basically double the cost that you “bid” and won with. Final strike was today when I contacted customer service because the jersey I won was not autographed. The guy basically told me I need to learn how to read and that I got what I won. Not realizing that they snuck unsigned jerseys onto sign memorabilia auctions. I currently won a jersey that was unsigned. I asked to return the knock off jersey because I didn’t realize it wasn’t signed, but they didn’t care. The worst part about it is that it is the same jersey I can order from China for $20. Poor quality and deception is all over the place with this company buyer beware. For reference this is the first bad review I’ve ever left in my life but want people to know to be careful.
Update: After I received the jersey from strike 3, it was crooked lettering. This customer service rep was much better than Damon and after a lot of back and forth accepted my offer to refund me if I send the jersey back and pay for shipping. PA’s notes below about giving me a refund for item 1 is not factual, that one I just kept and never asked for a refund. I still stand by the fees being ridiculous and adding a substantial amount to the product.

Hello Robert,

While we appreciate your business, after reviewing your account, we can see that we offered a full refund with a return for the "first strike" jersey. The "second strike" is not valid as all our fees are disclosed in the user agreement when you sign up for account usage, and again every time a bid is placed. They are also available to view in detail on our FAQs under the 'Fees' section. For the "final strike", all the information was made available in the listing stating it was an unsigned custom jersey, from the listing:
Custom jersey with everything sewn on, size XL. Please note, this jersey is unsigned.
We have made all information available to our customers and issued a refund when warranted. Thank you
