I believe choosing a private aviation provider is a serious decision, and it's important to consider all angles to make sure you are investing your money with the right provider. With over 50 providers and more than 250 programs, plus over 65 variables, we have captured over 20,000 data points.
Each of the variables, from safety ratings to hourly rates, extra fees, daily minimums, peak days, lead-time for bookings and cancelations, whether or not you can bring your pets, where you can fly, the types of aircraft available, whether or not deicing and WiFi are included, and so forth, are important to some subscribers, so the spreadsheet has a lot of material.
It would be virtually impossible to gather information on even a fraction of the providers we have in our database, let alone the major players. In fact, a lot of the information isn't in their marketing brochures, so you won't see it until you get to the fine print contract stage.
Then after gathering the information, you would have to create your own spreadsheet or comparison, so we do try to provide a lot of value by bringing all this material to subscribers in one place.
We also have our QUICK COMPARE FLIGHT PRICING CALCULATOR, which takes into account the variables for each program to give apples-to-apples flight pricing comparisons.
For anyone who doesn't want to bother with the spreadsheet, we do the work for you with the JET CARD DECIDER service, and I'm always happy to assist via phone or email.
