So helpful and wonderful team all round.

From the beginning of the process, they were knowledgeable, professional and went above and beyond.

The told me what problems the water had and a few options of how I could address it.

The install was painless and the boys could have been kinder or more helpful.

The water has never been so good. If we need any help or advice the office always sorts it out for us quickly.

Would highly recommend and will not be going elsewhere.

Watch out for after sales service! It gets expensive!!!

If you like shelling out for someone to fix their own faulty work then I could not recommend more highly. Otherwise…

We had a filtration system fitted by prosep which, to be fair works as intended.

Shortly after install we noticed a leak coming from the overflow. After repeated telephone calls and promises of a visit I chased. They attended and found the problem - the Baldock in the cold water tank (that they had emptied as part of the instal) wasn’t adjusted correctly. Easy fix!

I wasn’t expecting a £300 bill for the privilege of them putting right the problem that THEY created. But hey…

They dispute this but the evidences simple - before fitting no problem; after fitting leak. You do the math!!

A few weeks later they sent a chap out to do a routine service. When he left we had an airlock which left us with no hot water. So I called him expecting “sorry, I’ll come straight back and sort this out”. Instead I was told “it’s not a problem, go and cut a length of hosepipe and…” - I stopped him at that point and said I wasn’t about to start fixing his work. His response was to tell me to call out a plumber! So I did - on a Friday night!!! ££££

The helpline was of no use - the person on the other end couldn’t help and couldn’t reach anyone who could.

So imagine my surprise when I get a bill for this ‘service’ (i think inverted commas are appropriate…). I called to dispute and discuss and was eventually told that they don’t see any point in a conversation and that they will not be entering into any correspondence.

Next came threats of legal action,

Safe to say the chances of me going anywhere near these clowns again are remote.

Promised a top class filtration system - paying nearly £9000 we have been left with water that we can not drink straight from the tap, no response from head office ( which are all family )
Essentially, Prosep have left us with empty promises from a smoke and mirrors type character salesman. AVOID this family business at all cost choose a different provider, there plenty to choose from Our neighbours have since used a Bury based company with great feedback and after care.

Good information, Steve very helpful, dispatch was excellent, four days to my door. This was for a uv3 system that had to be built up.
