Survey carried out by Jason. His knowledge and experience provided me with an accurate assessment of my requirements for Cavity Wall Insulation.
Communication with Lorraine was informative, and all paperwork completed thoroughly and met my expectations from certificates to warranty.
The installation team (Shane and Jake) were polite and friendly. They carried out their work professionally and left the premises clear of debris.
All appointments were on time. Quote was very competitive.

Easy to deal with

We found partial empty wall cavities, had prize quote, survey and the communications were excellent, great knowledge, gave me options and explained my million questions and fears. Job was booked in and due to delayed works my side, Lorraine rescheduled my job without any questions. On job day Jason and team arrived as stated, they were mindful of the property, done a great job and cleaned up afterwards. They were honest and up front and my cost was lower than the quote as Jason informed me they used less than expected as some of the space that we thought was cavity was in fact solid.

In a long time I finally dealt with a company that was polite, responsive and did what they said when they said, it was very refreshing and I would totally recommend Prize from my superb experience.

Lorraine is the first port of call, she replies immediately to emails and phone calls, the time keeping of the workman was excellent. every one I had contact with was polite and very helpful, the workman was on time, very polite and did a great job, (my biggest hate is when workmen spend more time on their mobiles than working) that did not happen with with this company, cleared all the mess away, left everything neat and tidy.

The work was completed quickly and efficiently. They were clean and polite and also tidied up after themselves. They cleaned up both inside and out.

They insulated my walls quickly and efficiently, and cleaned up nicely. The workers were friendly and unobtrusive. The whole process from initial enquiry to completion was less than 2 weeks.

Jason went out of his way to help us improve our EPC. Very knowledgeable would highly recommend.

A thermal imaging scan had shown that our 1970s cavity wall insulation had become displaced and very patchy. Although not the cheapest option, we have been very happy with the results of having new foam pumped into the spaces around the existing insulation. Walls feel warmer, the house is more comfortable, and (although it's hard to compare, as the weather has changed) I reckon our bills have dropped by around 25 percent (and we only had half the house done). The guys were very professional, cleaned up after themselves, and I would be more than happy to recommend their service.
