Excellent prices and super quick delivery

Great prices for top brands and was delivered quickly. Fantastic service and will defo be back for more bargains.

Ordered a school branded kit on 6 January and now 6 April and still no sign of it arriving. Not the cheapest of products. Contacted numerous times and was told at least three times the kit would be 10 working days and still nothing. I've emailed three times over the last three weeks and still no response. My son is the only one not to receive his kit. Terrible customers services. Avoid ordering anything from this company!

Great experience with this company, items were delivered promptly, small postage issue was rectified by Connor straight away. Will be using again

Ordered school training kit early January. Now April and no kit. Has to chase company several times. Told 4 weeks ago it would be 10 days...no kit. Now not replying to me at all. £70 down, a whole term for my son without a kit...not even sure if it will come at all.

Fast delivery, great correspondence and overall service

Ordered training tops on the 16th of November, we were told it takes 20 days. after the 20days I asked about the order and I was told I would be able to pick it up before Christmas. In January I attempted to pick the tops up but was told that the prints hadn't been delivered, I have been calling and emailing since to find out when we might receive them but I don't get a reply and have now been told on the phone that boxes have gone missing with our order in it, so I am getting different stories.

It seems very disorganised and the customers service has only gone downhill. I can only recommend to stay clear of this company.

Ordered via the website on the 27th September, stated 20 days for delivery max however turned out to be a supply issue which is understandable, however I had to reach out to them to get this information, agreed we would leave it another couple of weeks, nothing, contacted them again asked for a refund which I was told via the chat would be processed, this is when the lies started. Contacted them a week later asked why the refund hadn't been processed, no reason given only to be told they would arrive with them on Friday, we are now on Tuesday and I've had no notification on postage and no refund.
Wouldn't recommend to anyone, as they have been dishonest and haven't issued a refund, unacceptable!

Ordered a college specific t-shirt and hoody (not cheap - almost £80 delivered for both!) on 3/9/22 and FINALLY, after a long wait of 11 and a bit weeks, I received my order today (21/11/22).
Delivery was supposed to take approx. 20 working days !
I had to phone the company 3 times to enquire where my order was and was told on the first two occasions it was a ‘supply chain’ issue.
After the 2nd call, I was told it would arrive in a few more days, which it didn’t! On my 3rd call, I was told it was a supply chain issue due to the ‘World Cup’ - this made me wonder if some orders were being prioritised over others.
I was literally on the point of cancelling my order when it FINALLY turned up and while the quality is good, I’m not sure the price tag justifies the order.
Another annoyance was that when I ordered it back in September, I signed up by email to receive ‘free delivery’. Whilst I received a code by email for free delivery, it would not work when checking out my order so I ended up paying for ‘20 day delivery’ that wasn’t fulfilled in the time scale promised by company’s own delivery policy.
Sixth form is literally a short two years of almost 6 terms ….. my son has been without his kit for almost one sixth of this time scale …. This makes the product even less value for money than I believe it already is.

I would never use this company again.

Kit was ordered for my 12 year old son in September. Told 20 workings days for delivery. We have phoned up multiple times to chase and been told the order will be with us shortly.

Phoned up again today and told it will be another 10-14 working days delivery, but this was by no means guaranteed. My £50 has already been taken in September.

The company completely wash their hand of any responsibility blaming supply chain issues. If that is the case they need to be honest when placing the order and clearly state they have no idea when the kit will actually be delivered and they do not consider it their problem.

The kit will be changed next season and children at that age grow rapidly.

Several other players in the team have had exactly the same experience.

Placed my order on 19 Aug 22 and paid for next days delivery, still waiting for the order to be delivered on 23 Aug 22. I have received no communication regarding the order and I have also sent an email requesting an update; for which there has been no reply. I wouldn’t mind if I was informed of a delay, but nothing.

Fantastic company! Kept me informed every step of the process. Had no problem contacting them! And our football kit looks class!

One item I ordered was on back order, the website stated this when I ordered it, and the team followed up with an email letting me know a date the mid layer was next available from Nike! Can’t fault them!

Don’t know what all the negative reviews are about! Everyone I spoke to were extremely helpful and I could contact them easy via email and phone!

Fantastic customer service, I needed 4 Nike hoody’s for a thankyou to football coaches at very short notice, Harvey was so helpful, kind and professional he ordered these for me and got COACH put on the back and sent out the same day, they arrived next day!
He also emailed to see if I had received the items and that I was happy!
I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Pro-am kit to anyone .

Incredible service throughout especially Tilly, have ordered twice now and on both occasions the service has been incredible . Up dates on my order throughout, and never an issue so effective and the delivery is amazing always arrives within days .

Ordered 27 training tops for our ladies team. They took a while coming as they were struggling for stock but Rachael was amazing. She kept us up to date and offered us an alternative when the due date for the original tops ordered had to be extended. They look and feel amazing, the fit is perfect and we are all really happy!

Such a poor company to purchase off, we (Parkgate Football Club) opted with Pro-Am Kits to give them a try, NEVER again. We ordered 4 items back on the 14th of November, still waiting for half the order (2nd of January).

They refunded two items just under a month after with poor communication about what was happening, then delivered one item without saying where the other was, and we are still waiting for that one.
