Poor communication and delivery slow
Very poor communication and waited 2 months for delivery despite paying the day after I ordered. When they emailed back (it did take them a while), they hid behind coronavirus as a reason, despite many other firms managing to send good quicker. The goods I ordered were for a college course and my son has had to begin his course and wait 2 months. They then tried to invoice me again despite me paying the full amount. If coronavirus really has impacted delivery times, money should not be taken until they can provide goods.

STOP AND GO ELSEWHERE: I never write negative reviews as I work in e-commerce myself and don't enjoy giving negative feedback. I felt compelled to on this occasion. I ordered a team kit, it said it was in stock, it wasn't and they delayed the shipment, not the end of the world I could wait. They then sent out the wrong amount of tops. When I brought this up with them, because it was after 10 days of the order they refused to do anything about it. So essentially they scammed me, I ordered and paid for tops that I never received. Awful company. I went to another company to order the tops that I now needed; they were actually cheaper and delivered them within 2 days to me.

Your order was placed and received by yourself within the 5 working days that is state on our website. Obviously, the issue arose, when you contacted us over 120 days (4 months) after the receipt of the goods, claiming for a shortage in delivery.
Our policy is as follows:
“Any Claim for damage or non-delivery of goods must be made within 10 days by calling our customer service team on: 01653 691777”
Unfortunately, your claim was 110 days beyond the claims period policy. Here at Pro-Am, we endeavour to strive to deliver the best customer experience we can. I am very sorry you feel your experience has not lived up to your expectation.

Ordered a number of things through this website for our team, Birmingham Buffaloes. Quality of the product was brilliant, we are all very pleased with the finished article.
I saw a number of the "bad" reviews and i saw one review say they haven't heard from Pro-am when they didn't receive something etc, This is a lie, there customer services is very helpful and very quick to respond when I've had any issues via email.

5 months and still no tops
Bought 2 adidas tops in Oct 2020. It is now Feb 2021. Still haven't received anything. Sent an email asking for refund to be told I could swap them for 2 nike tops which are cheaper. Still waiting for a full refund

I'm sorry to hear about this. At the moment due to Coronavirus we are on limited staff and our office hours are 10am-2pm, we are working our hardest to get through all emails and answer all phones calls as quickly as we can.
By looking into your order I can see a member of our team got in touch with your via email on the next working day when you placed your order informing you that there was a delay with the product you purchased from our manufacturer and you were happy to wait, unfortunately in these very strange circumstances we are all facing it appears the item was held back further with a delay at adidas' end. Since Christmas the member of staff which was dealing with your order has been furloughed which meant a limited team of ours have been trying to process orders as well as monitor other staffs emails. We sadly don't get informed by our suppliers if an item gets pushed back with further delay, usually we check up on all orders and give updates to our customers however as we have been on limited staff we unfortunately haven't been able to do this under current circumstances. We apologise for this as this isn't standard practise for us but we are working our hardest to complete orders as quickly and efficiently as we can.
I can see you emailed us on the 4th of February, last Thursday, a alternative polo was offered when you emailed on the 4th to help you find a similar item which was in stock in our warehouse to save you the wait if you were still after a polo, this is something we always offer if we can to help our customers when an item has been put on delay. A refund was processed this morning for you, 6 days after you requested a refund. Refunds can take 5-7 days to process and this has now been completed.

Quick to take your money and point out you are still due them more for printing, not so quick to explain why it’s taken over a month for your items to be delivered. I’ve also asked more than once for an update.
Second time I’ve used this company. You’d be quicker ordering direct from China. More fool me. Disappointing. Feel terrible leaving a bad review however shop elsewhere if you actually require your items on a deadline.

We are really sorry you feel this way.
I can see your order was placed at 4:57pm on Friday evening, our current opening hours are Monday-Friday 9:30AM-4:30PM. It also states on our websites that orders can take 5-7 working days' to ship and when you rang, the order was in the middle of being processed - Which meant a member of our customer service team would have been in touch offering an alternative or refund.
Unless our website states 'Available for Immediate Dispatch' the product in question is not in stock with us. Therefore we have to check with the relevant supplier to confirm the stock levels, unfortunately in your case the product was not in stock with our supplier either, therefore the customer service team quickly updated you on the phone and a full refund was given after you called.

I have just reviewed your order and I can see that Royal Mail tried to delivery on Saturday 18th July and then you managed to collect the package on the 20th July from a Royal Mail Customer Service Point.
I am also unable to see any previous communication regarding the order prior to delivery. Is there anything that we could have done to make this experience different for you?

Pro-Am have always provided high quality gear at good prices for years. We always use them for our kit at Scarborough Sixth Form College and have a shop set up for students, which is a fantastic option for them. They are our go to kit supplier and we will continue to go to them in the future.
