Needed a lock replaced that was dysfunctional and installed incorrectly. Tommy at Pro-Locks was able to very quickly diagnose the problem and come up with a cost effective solution. Now works great and I am 100% happy with the repairs carried out. Definitely recommend!

Tommy and Terry were brilliant, they were at my door in less than half an hour from the 1st phone call. On a Saturday night, I thought I'd have a long wait but not with these 2. Super professional and went above and beyond to help. Not only did the get the door unlocked in great time but they adjusted the alignment to stop the latch catching. Brilliant service and very friendly. Couldn't recommend them enough. Lovely to see a father and son team working together.

Tommy and Terry were excellent to work with! They came for the first visit the same day, in looking at the work they assessed all the ways it could be fixed and offered a lot of affordable options. They provided a good temporary option whilst awaiting the part, and came back swiftly in only a couple of days time! Very happy and would certainly work with them again!

Tommy and Terry were a pleasure to have around and fit our locks. We needed four locks fitted for a HMO and not only did they do a great job, but they went above and beyond to ensure they advised us fairly and also helped us around the house with the odd random job purely out of kindness. My front door did not shut before I left for work which was a huge worry. After looking for locksmiths in the local area I came across Pro Locks, who were friendly great service and at my property with 15 mins of the phone call to fix this for me. Great service would def use and recommend again.

We lost our house key at a night club and was literally standing out cold. These guys came like a super hero at 4 in morning and helped us to get inside. Wonderful service, very friendly people. Would very highly recommend them.

Was locked in my bedroom and called the pro locks and they came in 10 MINUTES and saved us and was quick and they so funny made me giggle whilst in a stressful situation

I cannot recommend These guys enough. I was locked out of my house and found a number for These and they showed up within 30 minutes and I was in my house within 10 of them showing up. Decently priced, professional and friendly cannot recommend them enough

Amazing job by the team, on time and did an excellent job.

I will definitely be recommending Pro Locks to anybody that needs locksmith services! When I called up, I was given a clear quote with no hidden fees, somebody was with me within 20 minutes and was very friendly and helpful. The work was carried out efficiently and the area was left tidy afterwards.

A mortice lock was playing-up and needed replacing and Tommy & Terry did a wonderful job. They responded so quickly too, even though it was not an emergency situation, and gave a very reasonable quote. Thoroughly recommend!
