What an amazing father and son duo. When I called, they were with me within an hour. They are so polite and helpful. We have a top end high security door & lock which other locksmiths wouldn't touch ( not without ripping us off) but Tommy and Terry were so professional, they came out and said no problem we will get you in and omg they did, and I couldn't be more thankful for their dedication and time they spent not only on getting me access but keeping us ladies smiling throughout. I would highly recommend as you can tell it's not just a job to them, the passion and care that goes into their work speaks volumes to me. There are not enough words I can say that will give them the justice they deserve.

What a great pair Tommy and Terry are. 40 minutes after calling them they were on the doorstep, full of smiles.
Although they didn't have the correct lock to hand, they left me with a temporary lock on my back door which made the house secure.
They returned when they said they would and completed the job to a high standard. They even fixed my sticking door while they were there.
And all at the originally quoted price. They do not play games with people at all.
I'd recommend them without hesitation.

Lost my flat keys. Tommy and Terry came out quickly and replaced one lock, repaired/serviced another one and all for £120 which I feel is very good value. Would highly recommend!

This was a brilliant service from start to finish! Tommy quoted a very reasonable price, compared to other locksmiths who wanted to charge double. Tommy and Terry were prompt to arrive and got the job done within minutes. During this time, we had a funny and enjoyable conversation, they were also very helpful in giving me more information about the lock and service. They went above and beyond to make sure the door and lock mechanism was oiled and well maintained, before asking me to check I was happy with the job. Thank you so much, highly recommended!

Father and son team with amazing service. I broke my lock on my way out at 7:30 at night. They came to me with min 30 min replaced my lock, oiled my lock and even aligned my wonky door which was the reason my lock broke in the first place. No extra charge for the late call-out, no extra charge for the door alignment and they were done in 30 min. They were lovely and it was a pleasure having them. Highly recommend.

Quick response and very professional and reasonable price

Late on Friday evening my Patio door jammed :( I faffed around with it for ages wanting to avoid the expense. Begrudgingly, I completed an online form and unexpectedly recieved a call from Tommy almost immediately! He was extremely polite and professional and offered to come over in 15 mins and take at look... and there was no call out charge. I sighed with relief. Tommy and his dad were over in a flash (not 1 but 2 knights in shinning armour to save this damsel in distress 😂) They sprang into action and as soon as they opened it the dogs ran out to do their business! 😂 He gave me a quote to fix it properly and I told them to roll with it because my gut told me I could trust them. The lock is now fixed.. The duo are such kind, hard working gentlemen (the rare kind) I honestly wouldn't hesitate recommending them to anyone looking for a trustworthy, locksmith.

I wish I found Pro Locks years ago. My business was subject to a robbery a few days ago so I called Pro Locks to secure the premises.

Terry & Tommy attended a few hours later to install new locks and repair the door frames where they had been damaged in the break in.

The entire Pro Locks team were extremely professional and even went the extra mile to put my mind at ease by spending extra time explaining the security features within the locks, their insurance ratings and helped me register the keys so that no unauthorised copies can be made.

Tommy & Terry even spoke to members of my staff to put their mind at ease and explained the new security features which they have installed.
