From start to finish the best…
From start to finish the best experience so far, ordered 8.5mm pro tek dahlia latte flooring, at start was skeptical but believe me and rest assured your getting a bargain from a caring polite and professional team. Flooring it’s self durable easy to connect and keeps the room warm, delivery guy superb he unloaded it straight into the house to the desired place past experience with others totally useless. As for payment process and refunds for extra materials was smooth couldn’t have asked for more had the pleasure to meet the team behind the scene and that made the experience that extra special. My future buy and recommendations are these guys hands down.

Product seems to be of good quality but…
Product seems to be of good quality but only time will tell if that's the case,So many companies ask to give feedback just after purchasing when you cant give a realistic opinion until some time has passed.
Everything looks great when its new and different so just take that into consideration with anything you buy online.
On this case the boxes were damaged at most corners so lost 7 planks.It wasn't the delivery drivers fault as it was well packaged & bubble wrapped to a pallet so had left the supplier like this with no quality control.
This is why I won't purchase from this supplier again.

Cannot fault this company, product or customer service. Ordered flooring and it initially came the same day! Then needed to order another box as we were short (my error) and they were so good they moved us up in the delivery slot as we had our carpenter waiting unable to proceed without commencing the floor. Really easy to get in contact with and conduct themselves so professionally. Would recommend endlessly and use again.

Dry lay first to check pattern
Excellent product and easy to fit but I had an issue with pattern . Extrusion marks on the pattern on the planks, I managed used some those for cuts but some of them I couldn’t use at all . I contacted pro tek with photo evidence and they sent out replacement packs straight away.

This product seems to be all i have been looking for in a floor for years. I only ordered a sample, but my brother recommended it because his girlfriend got, and she loves. I will be purchasing for my whole flat soon. I'll update this review then.
