I purchased a dehumidifier on Amazon. The compressor made a very bad noise. I registered a concern on the ProBreeze website.
- they got in touch with me via email within 2 hours
- they asked for a video of the issue and images of batch number
- they immediately proposed to send a new one without even asking to return the old one
- after a couple of days I received the new one and it was OK.
Email responses were very efficient, and customer service was paramount!! They win by customer centricity!
Product that arrived was not as…
Product that arrived was not as described on the website, their returns policy states it must be in an "unopened and unused condition", however you must open and unpack the item to find out it was not as described. I find this totally unacceptable.
Amazon should review Pro Breeze advertisements against what they dispatch and their returns policy.
The item was described as having a swing facility, this facility was also shown on the remote control, the item that arrived does not have this facility, I therefor consider this to be false advertising. Their customer service is a virtual assistant which is an hinderance rather than a help facility and no phone number to call.

My dehumidifier became faulty and on the same day ProBreeze gave me store credit to the value of the appliance. They totally made this experience stress free. I would highly recommend this company and I will continue to shop with them.

The staff came up with a number of faults? Which may have caused the problems. After we tried this and did not work they offered me a replacement or refund. I was willing to try again. Hopefully new one will be ok
Excellent customer service
Angelica from ProBreeze's customer service has been amazing, I had a problem with the humidity sensor on my unit not switching off at the required level, they sent a replacement straight away, this also didn't seem to work as expected, but they gave me a full refund. Hence why I've had the confidence to buy another model from ProBreeze which so far seems to work as expected. Their communication has been top quality from trying to troubleshoot the problem, to sorting out a replacement and offering a refund, some of the best service I've ever had from a company.

Outdated Returns System
I purchased a dehumidifier not realising it was used. This being the case, I immediately returned it without unpacking it. It then took a month to get my refund. It turns out that the warehouse I returned it to, doesn't inform the accounts department when an item is returned. This means I had to send a separate letter to the accounts department with proof of the return. This is an antiquated system and needs to be updated.

I recently contacted Pro Breeze customer support after one of the moisture absorbers from my order (Osmo® 1.3L Moisture Absorber) arrived damaged. From the beginning, the team was very responsive and professional.
Although the process required a few details to locate the order and assess the issue, the support team handled everything clearly and politely. Grace from customer care was particularly helpful and kept me informed throughout the process.
After reviewing the information and photos I provided, they quickly arranged a replacement unit at no additional cost. The issue was resolved smoothly and without any complications.

ProBreeze PB-D-23 20L Dehumidifier…
ProBreeze PB-D-23 20L Dehumidifier bought recently through Amazon. Genuinely surprised at some of the customer service reviews on here. My positive experience like many others. I’d used the WhatsApp digital platform to communicate what id seen as a potential fault (not switching off when reaching the RH set (and slightly below)). WhatsApp message sent in the evening and a full explanation/response from Myra giving me the info I needed to educate myself on the product at 7.30am the following morning. Monitored this throughout the day and tested different settings. To this point, very pleased with both the product and the prompt and professional service support from Myra at ProBreeze. Thank you ProBreeze!

BEWARE DONT CARE.....I was amazed to find the remote control…
I was amazed to find the remote control for my pro breeze radiator had melted in its designed holder on the radiator. I bought the radiator in 2022 for a holiday home and had seldom used the radiator except in the winter months. Perhaps 10 uses since buying.
I was very concerned from the potential burn risk from hot plastic, so allowed it to fully cool before removing it from its holder. The remote was warped and melted as if it had been in a furnace. I could have burnt myself if i had not been quick removing my hand. I reported this Safety Hazard to pro breeze customer support who asked me for the model and order number which i supplied for them along with 3 pictures of the melted remote control.
As the heater was purchased in late 2022 and had only been used a few times did not matter as they said it was out of guarentee. They did not care about safety and did not even ask if i wanted a replacement. SAFETY did not matter to them only the fact this happened out of warranty.
I asked them for a replacement and supplied my address and expected some slight discount for my trouble, but was totally ignored. There was no explanation or apology for my near accident either.
I have bought pro breeze heaters before with no issue but i shall not again as they obviously only care about in warranty goods and tgeir liabilty during the first year. This is an extremely poor attitude towards their customers and i suspect they have never heard of ISO standards.
BEWARE DONT CARE ATTITUDE in my case.

Beware if your machine should go wrong.
I bought a dehumidifier following good reviews . It failed after 20 minutes. 24 hours later I still cannot get any satisfaction from the company. No telephone number. Only AI! Absolutely useless. Avoid this company at all costs. If your machine works then all may be well but my experience is one of utter frustration despite numerous emails they have stopped responding. A potentially great machine (according to many reviews) totally spoilt by no customer service.

This unit didn’t collect any water…Refunded
This unit didn’t collect any water despite a week of continuous running. Everything seemed to be working like the display unit, different settings and air was being drawn in & expelled but no moisture was present in the water tank. ProBreeze told me another unit was not available, but I suspect they didn’t want to exchange this refurb for a new unit. So I will go for a Meaco instead.
