Impossible to speak to an actual human
I placed an order over the weekend, and the parcel still hasn’t been handed over to DPD. The tracking shows they’ve only received the order details, not the actual item.
I then tried contacting the company through their live chat, which was a complete waste of time. It’s impossible to speak to a real person. You can wait for hours while the AI bot repeatedly says, “A support agent is joining the chat”... but no one ever does.
This is a very simple issue (the parcel just needs to be handed over to the courier), yet it’s being made unnecessarily frustrating because there’s no way to reach an actual human for support.
Really disappointing experience so far.

I already knew the quality of ProBreeze humidifiers and decided to purchase a new one. After placing the order and receiving the product very quickly via express courier, the product had a malfunction. After reporting the problem to ProBreeze support and receiving immediate assistance, the item was promptly replaced. I'm very satisfied!
Absolutely brilliant device, equally equipped support and collaborative team.
I bought 20L dehumidifier and then 12L capacity models. I was able to configure 12L capacity with ProBreeze app like a breeze but 20L was not connecting with similar ease. Reached out to support team, they replaced the 20L model with a new one and helped me setup new one.
All this has been through a timeline of a month or 2 and during all this, Myra and the team have been patient, in constant touch through emails, exchanging videos untill app based configuration got established.

Broke in 13.5 months
I brought a dehumidifier 13.5 months ago. It died last week. It was just over £200 and died one month out of warranty. The motor failed and the power surged tripping the electrics. I contacted customer service, they were not interested. They didn't even offer access to paid for support - just sent me details of how to buy a new one. I bought direct from Probreeze thinking I was getting a quality product so it was worth spending a bit more. I should have bought cheap from Amazon as it would have lasted the same amount of time for half the price.

Pro Breeze 12 L not working
I bought a Pro Breeze 12 L this week and have been running it continuously for 4 to 5 days. Not a drop of water has been collected in the bucket which suggests this machine is not working. I’ve sent several emails now to the company as there is no telephone number for Customer Service. The company has not responded and I am getting more frustrated in addition to my overall disappointment.

Could recommend this company any higher. Had an issue with one of the items I purchased, and Myra (the person on the other end) handled it without any stress to me and was very happy with the service.
Poor customer service and pointless warranty
Product is under warranty and broke down in 6 months. Only option they provided was a refund on the existing purchase price? That’s not helpful when you purchase an item on sale and it’s now £60 more than 6 months ago! Unreliable products and poor customer service.

Great customer support…
I bought probreeze dehumidifier which worked fantastic ly, unfortunately after 3 months it developed a fault. I whatsapped their customer support and was given instructions on what to do rectify the fault but it still wouldn't work. They informed me they had none in stock to replace it but would issue me a refund. The refund came the next day and I feel they could not have done more to help. Thankyou very much for sorting this out so quickly Juliet.

I contacted ProBreeze regarding my dehumidifier which stopped working. I had a reply from a pleasant person named Angelica. They asked for the batch code on it and either a photo or video of the fault. I provided it and a video. Angelica brought good news, under my 3 year protection plan they could provide a replacement. They got back in touch today confirming the replacement unit order. Delivery in 2-3 days. My 3 year protection plan is still valid covering the replacement. I am so pleased!
Faulty dehumidifier resolution
I loved my Pro Breeze 10l desiccant dehumidifier so bought a second. Unfortunately one of these stopped working after 14 months (annoyingly just outside of the 1 year warranty). I emailed customer services who were very helpful. Abi asked a few questions and after some unsuccessful troubleshooting agreed that the item was faulty. Abi kindly offered to replace the dehumidifier and arranged for me to return the faulty product. Sadly the item was out of stock so Abi instead refunded my purchase. I’m very happy with this resolution and will look to purchase another dehumidifier once more stock is available. Thanks Abi for all your help!
Took more than 2 months since I returned product to receive my refund
Absolutely shocking customer service. The entire returns process seems designed to make it near impossible to get your money back (you can't cancel the order, the courier won't let you refuse the delivery, and then they make you pay a private company to return the product). Even after I jumped through all of their hoops it took more than 2 months to get my money back. I would never, ever shop with these people again.
