Pro check were excellent and I'll use them again.

Requested a gas certificate check with the company and they were prompt in scheduling an appointment with their engineer.

We’ve been using Pro check nearly three years, keep it up with the good services, well done

Stay away. Total scam.
I requested a FRA for my staircase (req by LFB) and they gave me an appointment for next they. Engineer who visited the site reassured me that I’d receive the report latest in 2 days. I called the third day as I had not received or heard anything from prochecks. I was told that they could not provide the report I wanted and they were going to refund me. I was confused as the engineer did not mention this during the visit.
A week later I called to request the money that was not refunded yet. They told me that they will charge me for the engineer visit, which I did not accept as I was clear on the phone (before booking) what I exactly wanted. At that point they offered me another service I don’t need, just not to give me my money back. I still haven’t received my money.

In the mean time I tried to contact the engineer to ask why they could not provide me what I wanted. He had blocked my number. I contacted via another phone and he told me he was going to get back to me and blocked that number to. Hence. Stay away.
Btw. I have just received a certificate I don’t need just not to give me my money.

The inspection went well. I was given suffiicient information in terms of what was need to be done to meet the necessary fire safety requiements.

Extremely efficient service. Highly professional and caring staff. Electrical engineer showed up on time. He was very professional and worked diligently and quickly. He also answered all my questions. I will definitely hire this company for future work.

Absolute jokers…was promised 24-48hrs for certificate, how ever took them5 working days, received a certificate after five working days but guess what IT WAS F WRONG! Had to call another company to do the fire risk assessment while dealing with these thief’s .

Very responsive and prompt. First time using their services and I highly recommend them.

Booked appointment for the following day 8-1

Engineer did not show up. Called in and was told I would be called back in 20-30 minutes.

No call, so I rang back 90 minutes later. They can't get hold of the engineer but won't book another. Was told I would be updated in 15 minutes

20 minutes later I call as they hadn't rang again (shorter window this time, but at this point they are hours late for the appointment).

Told they can't get hold of the engineer and also can't get hold of a manager so nothing can be done.

Huge waste of time - do not recommend. Looking at other reviews, this happens frequently.

Excellent service. Easy to book, good time slots available. Once payment was made the report was provided instantly.

Engineer was helpful and knew his stuff.

Scheduled appointment for engineer and was given a 4 hour afternoon time slot - fine. At the end of the time slot I called the office asking where the engineer was - they had been held up and would not be able to attend that day. I rescheduled for the following week and booked an AM 4 hour time slot. Again, no engineer, no phone call. I rang the office and was told the engineer would not be able to attend AT ALL that day.
This is following a deposit payment having been taken from my account for £93.60. Not to mention the wasted 8 hours waiting for a no-show engineer.
When I asked why nobody had called me on either occasion to provide an update, I was told "that's not possible, we are running 100s of jobs a day".
Unreliable, untrustworthy and incompetent.

I love the can do attitude, but not turning up and having to be chased and mistakes on invoice let you diwn

I had a PAT testing job booked in between a 5 hour slot 1-6pm. I had two colleagues travel and spend £15 each to get their kit tested.

No engineer showed up, eventhough I rang at 5pm to check they were coming and were told they were on route.

Try to rearrange the next morning and they wouldn't budge on any times, even-though they messed up and also would only offer 5% maximum discount.

Awful service, avoid using.
