The unit is so nice, it does exactly what they said it would and more. I’ve never been a great flosser and knew I needed to improve in that area especially since I had two molers pulled that could not be salvaged. I was informed that if I did not improve my flossing I would loose more so I ordered the Proclaim unit and began using it. Now my periodontist says my teeth and gums are improving and shouldn’t have any more issues. Thank you Proclaim

Timely delivery for a customized product.

The "flosser" itself is "meh". Not the level of power expected. About the same cleaning result as swishing my mouth with water.

Proclaim's customer service went above and beyond for us during a very difficult time for our family where we had lost our home in a wildfire. They have earned a customer for life.

Proclaim makes for a great clean, and fresh mouth feel.

I still need more time to tell if the Proclaim really cleans beneath my teeth and gums as well as my water pik.
My next dental examine will tell, as I have plaque build up and hope this reduces that.

I have only been using the Proclaim unit for a week, however it appears to be doing a great job so far. I have really bad gums and am hoping that this unit will help me to retain what gums and teeth I do have only time will tell. The unit appears to be well built as well.

The Proclaim machine does exactly what it promises! The company is super professional, and I’m really loving the product!

Warm water is best. Use the rinse provided by Proclaim as it makes your mouth feel very clean. I so need this product for my plaque problem. My dentist also uses Proclaim. Worth the investment to keep my gums healthy. Flossing was not enough. So easy to use Proclaim. Am extremely happy with this product.

Overall I give it a 4 star and i would buy it again, it does remove most of the things you would normally floss if its packed loosely in between your teeth. But food, like beef (or chicken)fiber from a steak that is impacted, will still need to be picked out with a tooth pick or dental floss. I honestly don't floss daily, so this is a very good product for me, I noticed less things stuck to the floss string when I do my erratic non routine flossing.

This is the best water irrigator on the market. However, you still need to floss. I used the Proclaim irrigator and then flossed with Burst charcoal infused/colored floss to test if the Proclaim irrigator took everything off my teeth. It did not. So, don’t let any product or person tell you you don’t need to floss when you use a water irrigator.

Amazing unit. As expensive as. It is the time saved over flossing plus the better results make this unit a must have especially if you are always on the go

The process with ordering the unit and visiting the dentist was very easy. The scanning process took about 30 minutes and I received my unit about 2 weeks after. I love the product so far. It is very effective at level 3. I do a pre flush with water and then a second flush after brushing with the solution. I did not expect the mouth piece to be hard plastic. I thought it would be more flexible. My only concern is, if it cleans the the rear molars? It doesn't feel like it does. I expected the mouth piece to have spray holes at the ends. So far I like how fast and hard it can clean. The true test will be my next visit to the dentist. Hope to get great results.

Out of the box solution. Great coordination with dentist office. Great communication on the status.
Equipment was packaged well with clear setup instructions.

I like the proclaim, and it is better and easier and less messy than the water pik. My only issue is it's heavy and bulky, and my current bathroom set up isn't convenient for the proclaim. Also, I don't have storage for it, and it has many moving parts. Overall I'm satisfied, and it works VERY well, but I wish I was slight smaller and lighter or I had better counter space for it.

Very impressive, my mouth feels so much cleaner. There is no comparison between a water pick and proclaim.

Tried the unit for several times and not feeling well with it.
1st, the button is not soft, need press hard to make it working and need to continue hold it during the operation time;
2nd, the water floss only flosses in a very short time period, 7 s? Do not think it will help reduce the plaques or clean the teeth;
3rd, the power cord is not soft, too thick and bulky, not convenient for use;
4th, I want to say the idea is good but needs a lot of improvement for the unit.
5th, email the company request to return on 2/13/25, no reply yet

It was a five star experience -- you took time to understand the situation and reacted quickly with perfect execution. I couldn't ask for more than that.

First of all, this device is brilliantly made, easy to use, looks great on the counter top and most important, my gums have never been healthier.
