Easy / smooth process for purchasing, getting scan for mouthpiece.

I love my Proclaim, it leaves my mouth feeling so clean and fresh, much cleaner than just flossing and brushing. And done so quickly!

I still find myself needing to floss; not sure if it's my unit but even on 5 the jets don't fully clean in between my teeth.

It is effective in dislodging food particles between the teeth but it does not provide the benefit of healthy gums that normal flossing provides. My deepest pocket was a 4 when I used regular floss. After using Proclaim for 6 months my deepest pocket is now 6! This could be used in conjunction with regular flossing but it does not replace it.

I’m adding to my review in response to the comments below from the company. Companies often respond to a negative review to give the impression that they care about the customer when in reality it’s just a ploy to give you that impression with no intention of following up with the review. Needless to say I have not heard from anyone employed by proclaim.

Absolutely worth every penny! I went from water picking once a day to now twice a day because it’s thats easy and quick.

It took me a long time to wait for my order (almost 2 months) because the 1st clinic does not accept non-patients of their clinic (pls check your registered list of clinics); then they have to do my dental scan twice; After that, I have to wait for so long before I received the order. The water container is flimsy and it is not made of durable materials. It is very thin. The cover is also thin in which there is no lock to prevent from spilling. Because the container is very thin, when you hold it, the wall squeezes a little, water will move and spill. The product is expensive. I used my HSA card for this. How I wish the water container is more durable with a lock on the lid.

The entire process was done in a quick and professional fashion.

Just recently purchased so haven't gotten to use alot yet but so far seems to work very well and faster than flossing.

I have been using the proclaim for several months now and I love it. It’s a very fast and very thorough teeth cleaning.

It works as advertised

I placed an order for two (2) Proclaim Custom-Jet Oral Health System units on 1/20/2025. The same day, I identified and selected Aten Orthodontics as my scanning partner and gave them a call to schedule my appointment. When I called the practice, they were very clear and adamant that they were supposed to receive confirmation or some sort of notification from Proclaim, which would prompt THEM to contact ME to schedule my scan.

So, I reached out to Customer Service at Proclaim for assistance. I was connected with Anna who told me that before I could call the dental partner to schedule my appointment I would need to select them as my scanning partner. Then she proceeded to tell me that, in their system, she could see that I have completed this step (which I already knew because I read very well and follow steps thoroughly). She shared that Aten Orthodontics was sent a confirmation email from Proclaim when I selected them to be my scanning partner, and provided the practice with the patient details needed from my order.

Lastly, she shared that she had called the practice to confirm these details and was awaiting a callback. I was told that once she heard from them, she would follow up with me and confirm that I could schedule my appointment. This correspondence took place on 1/27/2025.

At the time of writing this review today, while I understand that it is not a business day, I still have not heard back from her or Aten Orthodontics. Since making the purchase, this entire ordeal has been a ridiculous and egregious display of customer service on the part of both of the aforementioned parties.

For a product that has a $799.00 price point, one would expect an entirely different experience. I struggle to envision a single scenario where it would be acceptable for it to take over a week to even SCHEDULE the appointment for the scan aspect of the process. And, frankly, I find it incredibly difficult to believe that Aten Orthodontics has not yet returned the call Anna placed on 1/27/2025. More importantly, there has been zero effort whatsoever to make things right seeing as though I am altogether faultless in the way things have played out. With that, in addition to this review, I will also be filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau.

My most recent email to Anna was sent today, prior to writing this review, requesting a full refund and I am currently awaiting a response.

To improve, it is my wholehearted and sincere hope that the necessary conversations are had between the Proclaim company and their dental partners to ensure that future customers are not subjected to the same absurdity.

Excellent product, I love how clean my teeth look and feel. The company was very quick to ship my unit as soon as my mouthpiece was made. I love everything about it, all my coworkers are jealous lol.

Really happy with this purchase. Is it expensive, yes... but it has transformed my dental experience.

So far I love it. Once I get a month in and head back to the dentist and see what they think of my gums.

But This product doesn't work as well as I'd hoped. But realistically any more pressure and you're going to mess up your gums long term

So, this product is as good as it can get without damaging your mouth

And 4/5 is good, very good product

I've had mine for a few months, and been to the dentist twice since I've used it. Despite the representations, it is not a replacement for flossing (the company doesn't claim it replaces brushing). Not sure it's worth anything to anyone who flosses already. But if you can't make yourself floss, it probably is good. My dentist couldn't see any difference. The dentist who recommended it was not my regular dentist, and was on the Proclaim payroll.

The fitting was easy and the appliance is very solidly put together. It's easy to use and I'm looking forward to many years of healthier gums and teeth.

Feels great having 52 jets flushing out all the gunk in seconds. Gums look great after a few weeks of use.
