Received my Proclaim unit about 2 weeks ago. The entire process was pretty simple (my dentist did the molds) and the wait time was totally reasonable for something that required custom work.

My thoughts overall:
- Purchase process was super easy
- Product is well made
- Instructions are clear and easy to follow
- The unit is bigger and heavier than expected. So it will take up counter space or you need to store it.
- Easy to use - and fast. I started on level 1 but the second time I used it went right to a 5. The entire thing is done in about 10 seconds. It really takes more time to set it up and clean than to use. (And cleaning is very simple)
- The “Oral Infusion Concentrate” tastes great, is alcohol free, and leaves mouth feeling fresh. Not clear on benefit of having zinc and aloe Vera since it just rinses out. It’s a nice to have for sure but not needed.
- I really expected much stronger jets on level 5. It just feels like someone is squirting water in your mouth (think kitchen sink sprayer); I was expecting more intensity. And I know it’s not a replacement for flossing and yes, they have research that claims “Proclaim has been shown to have superior performance in reducing bleeding, inflammation, and plaque accumulation compared to floss in all regions of the mouth, including hard-to-reach areas like molars” (their language). So if you have sensitive gums or trouble flossing I can totally see the benefit. But again - it’s not meant to replace flossing. And since I don’t have any trouble flossing, it’s just an added step; I haven’t yet observed much change in terms of plaque removal, water pick still works best for that. So I’m struggling to understand exactly what this is meant to do given the cost. For the price point, I do expect more than what it’s currently delivering.

In summary - super easy purchase process (including custom mold) and a high quality, well made machine. Leaves your mouth feeling really fresh. If you have problems with your gums it’s probably great. If not, then you have to decide whether the added step and monetary investment is worth it. I’m going to continue to use it consistently for the next 5 months to see if there are any overall improvements over time; depending on the result will decide whether or not I keep using it. One last thought - I’ll be disappointed if it doesn’t really change anything, not just because of cost but because of waste. I don’t think one can resell the machine (NOT the mouthpiece obviously!) so that means it would go to a landfill. Unless they have some sort of recycling program like Apple does with their old devices). But going to be optimistic and see what progress can be made in the next few months.

I loved meeting Rob. He was instrumental in finding me a local dentist. Dr. Farley was also amazing. My dental visit was easy and the supplies arrived at my home in perfect condition. I absolutely love my Proclaim. I am a dental hygienist and wanted to see how easy it would be for those with hand and related mobility issues to use. It has its limitations for those with weak grips (I currently have a painful tennis elbow), but after getting the hang of it I have found it much easier to use this product than floss.

first, I was very upset to see a $200 discount nationwide less than a month after ordering mine. This should be retroactive. Second, the oral rinse is full of unhealthy chemicals , one even known to be harmful to gums and several banned in Europe. Third, there was still visible plaque after the highest setting-despite a custom mouthpiece. I would never recommend this over a waterpik

Proclaim is easy to use and it is effective.

Would appreciate a larger water reservoir.

Simple to use. I don't like flossing and have suffered from light bleeding form my gums for a long while; after a month of proclaim my gums are a nicer color and no more bleeding. I can really tell the difference.

Improved communications with providers?
It was three weeks after the scans that I contacted you and you had not yet received the scans. I believe that fault lies with the provider on this but somehow the ball got dropped and it also reflects on your company.

Amazing machine. Used it all the time and the mouth mold is perfect. Will be ordering a mount piece for my wife as well. My teeth and mouth feel very clean after every use.

I love the clean feeling that I get from using my proclaim oral device. When I contacted customer service to find out where I could go to get my teeth scanned, they were super responsive. I had to travel about 2 hours to get to a dentist that could scan my mouth, but that was the only downside. The machine is so high quality, and in 7 seconds my teeth feel like they have just been flossed. I would highly recommend!
