Not a substitute for flossing!
Seemed to take a long time from purchase to receipt. I was hoping this would be a substitute from flossing (which I hate), but my dentist and Hygienist said, no, must continue to floss. Otherwise, very easy to use and care for.

Proclaim team was top Notch
working with the Proclaim team was top notch! However, the product isn't exactly as hoped. Cleaning in the front teeth is great, but the back teeth just doesn't seem to work as well. I wouldn't pay $900 for this, but having the discount helped get over the fact that is doesn't work 100% the way they claim it does.

Got a broken mouthpiece and had to jump…
Got a broken mouthpiece and had to jump through several hoops to get it replaced. Did not feel taken care of due to hassle of broken mouthpiece and not even being able to use the product. Instead of being apologetic and taking care of me by getting my replacement mouthpiece in an expeditious fashion and agreeing to my requests, they provided pushback when I asked for a small discount for the hassle and delay.
After I finally received the replacement mouthpiece weeks later, I noticed that the device is relatively weak and does not do a thorough job of flossing my teeth as the manufacturer claims. Sadly, the water pressure is lower than on my $99 waterpik. As a result, there are still food particles stuck between my teeth even after using Proclaim.
To their credit, the product is nicely designed and looks much better than my cheap waterpik but I’m not sure paying 8 times the price for a beautifully designed, inferior performing product is worth it.

Our patented jet shape means each jet has a wider spray pattern, which feels different than a plain stream of water!
Level one is crap but level 5 is pretty darn good.
The cleaning efficiency at level one was quite inadequate. Fearing the whole thing was a scam, I instantly went up to level 5 to confirm. I had to admit, that at level 5 it did a pretty job. One time it failed to get a piece of brocolli wedged into one of my tooth gaps that a normal water pik was able to remove rather quickly. But it really does flush 98% of all the food particles out of my mouth in about 7 seconds. Is it worth 6 times the price of a good waterpik/brush combo? That depends on how price sensitive you are. It will probably save me 1-2 minutes of brushing/pikking twice a day. And, at level 5 it does do a very good job (though my belief is that with more time and more focus on the food bits you can feel, you can do an even better job with a water pick). I don't regret my purchase but I'm not sure I'll buy another for my other residence. I'll need more time to evaluate...

The top that holds water doesn’t latch
The top that holds water doesn’t latch. It slips off and makes a mess. This is heavy and not easy for traveling. I’m extremely frustrated using it that I just put it away after a few attempts. I regret purchasing this product

Uman, we appreciate your review and apologize for the frustration that the water reservoir as well as the weight of the device has caused you!
Our current product was not designed for travel, and we don't offer a carrying case for the Hydro Station or the custom mouthpiece. If you do choose to travel with it, be aware that both components are fragile and should not be dropped or receive significant impact forces.
It is normal if there is a small gap between the reservoir and the base when you place the empty reservoir, or at the end of a treatment when the reservoir is (mostly) empty. To secure the reservoir, the white locking tab on the top of the device needs to line up with the indentation on the bottom of the water reservoir. You should feel this lock into place.

I purchased this item, came highly recommended by my dentist, however it does nothing more or extra than a waterpik. The only offering of this product is that it may save you a few seconds. The mouthpiece is hard plastic and bulky, the unit is heavy, and quite honestly not worth the extremely high price for doing nothing more than your average waterpik product. I would not recommend this product. Save your money
