Ordered a sparepart 23 sept 2021.

Ordered a sparepart 23 sept 2021.
After 2 weeks (I had to ask a couple of times because slow answering) I got to know it was no longer available and the order cancelled.
I was then supposed to get a repayment in 3-5 days.
It is now 13 days since cancellation and I havent received the repayment. I have sent emails 2 days ago but no answer. (Slow answering again)
I think they tried to deliver and in general it seems legit. But I dont see the reason for these slow communications and lagging answering and why the wait with repayment after the customer has waited 2 weeks already.
No, this is not ok.
