Outstanding personal service and delivery

I really rate The Barista Club. I talked to Tim on the phone, who was super helpful and talked me though purchasing with DivideBuy which was super easy. Combine that with the install service and you're onto a winner. Why buy from anywhere else! We purchased the Rocket Espresso Appartamento for our business and it has to be one of the best purchases we have made. We are only a small team and really does bring joy to our mornings.

A first class buying experience. Tim gave me a lot of helpful information ahead of the purchase and the offer of a part exchange for my Sage Barista Express made it easier to justify the upgrade! The engineer who installed the machine was did a great job, took the time to make sure I was happy with everything and gave me some tips to get the best from the Appartamento. Build quality is a big jump up from the Sage, and I'm getting much better and more consistent espresso from the same beans I've been using with the Sage. I can highly recommend The Barista Club if you are thinking of buying a Rocket machine.

Just took delivery of a Rocket Mozzafiato today. What an absolute dream machine! Class quality product which will take my Barista skills to a whole new level! Excellent service, could not have expected any better. Thank you Tim, I appreciate all your help and can't wait for the Rocket grinder to arrive completing the setup :-)

Excellent service and knowledgeable service

So whilst on their website I noticed they had in stock some Rocket Cappuccino cups which I needed to replace the ones that I chipped. Added to basket, paid and 20 minutes later I was notified by DPD to advise that my package would be delivered the following day. So from paying to delivery was just 20 hours, amazing speed. Shall use again highly recommended 😬👍🏼👍🏼

Hi there this is my 3rd review in a month i have brought a rocket appartamento rocket mozz and a rocket r58 I’m also waiting on my 4th purchase which is a grinder available some time next week and I have been really happy about the customer service Tim takes customer service to the next level I have never had service like that ever before and not once have I had guilt in my purchases and that is down to Tim every thing is a explained listed if you are looking for new or upgrade coffee machine you will not be disappointed with the barista club they are my go to company for all my coffees kit
