Great to deal with, phone call from the owner to explain delivery and offer any assistance needed. Delivery people unboxed it, put it where I wanted it and took the packaging away, great service.

Great service and products, used the chat feature on the site a couple of times and Tim was really responsive and helpful with my order. Delivery was organised at a time convenient for me, and was also of a high standard as mentioned.
Though the range on site isn’t huge, it seems to be curated for excellent quality products, so definitely a case of quality over quantity.

Having bought my awesome Rocket Appartamento through Pro Espresso/Barista Club recently i needed a bit of advice, i had a phone call with Tim yesterday and could not have been happier with the outcome.
