Great service from Pro Expresso and a magnificent Rocket R58

Happy with service received. Good communication on delivery status and when it changed due to customs delays. All communication was in the evenings so delay may have been reduced if delt with during core hours. But only talking a few days at best might have been saved. Delivered in great condition and by white glove service.

We purchased the Appartamento espresso machine almost two months ago and it has been excellent - the coffee has a lovely rich taste, the machine is uncomplicated and classy. Finally, Tim has been very helpful - I would highly recommend Pro Espresso.

Bought a Rocket Espresso machine. From answering my numerous questions through to delivery the whole process was seamless, professional and first class. Would highly recommend.

I ordered some parts for my Rocket machine. A week after ordering I received an email to say the items were out of stock and was given a new estimate of delivery (the following week). I then had to chase up the order a week after the revised delivery date.

I recently had the pleasure of trying out the new Rocket Mozzafiato Type V, I was thoroughly impressed. The coffee machine not only looks sleek and modern, but it also makes a delicious cup of coffee.

One of the features that stood out to me the most was the ease of use. The instructions were straightforward and easy to follow, and I was able to navigate through the different settings with ease. The machine also had a large water reservoir, which meant that I didn't have to refill it every time I wanted to make a cup of coffee.
Overall, I would highly recommend this coffee machine to anyone in the market for a high-quality product.

Great company to buy from, excellent communication too. I've been holding back from buying an espresso machine for years, being a died in the wool pour over person. None of the machines I'd sampled came up to scratch. However last month I bit the bullet and bought the Rocket Mozzafiato R - what a machine! Accurate guidance about delivery dates and the actual delivery was completed quickly and smoothly.

Great machine, great order experience. The machine actually arrived 2 weeks earlier than the original shipment date. Staff Tim is very helpful, knowing I am in a rush to use the device during Christmas, did not mind to deliver the machine to my door during off hours same day once the machine arrived the UK. Recommend this distributor and actually my second order is on the way.
