Progo got us from our hotel back to the airport with no issues. Driver was on time, the minibus large enough for our luggage and bikes, and was very clean. The journey was smooth and without any dramas unlike most of our other journeys. Wish we'd used progo for all of our journeys as it was a safer and less stressful experience than other companies.

Horrible experience.

I booked online and everything was paid for. The driver said I needed to pay him more to take me to the airport in one hour, but everything was included in my online payment. He took the alternative route which took nearly 3 hours to get to the airport.

Honestly would have been better to go with a bus, I would have probably arrived earlier and made it for my flight.

Just a bunch of scammers.

This used to be a high class transfer company with good service. But my last experience and the arrogance of the company is not even worthy the time I use to write here. I was told to write down my flight number and arrival time. But when I got out from the airport there was no transfer to find. The driver didn’t even bother answering my calls. When I contacted support they answered that I was late. The only “time” I mentioned was my arrival time. So ProGoTravel is somehow expecting me to disembark the plane and slide right into their car without even passing the passport control and customs, and even just leave my luggage.
However the arrogance from the support center is what makes me suggest to never use this company. They can simply not answer why they are requiring my flight information if they are not going to use that information for nothing.

I have used their service 20+ times mostly for airport pickups and also some private trips within Istanbul and I had a flight cancellation once and they weren’t accommodating at all. These things do happen in the travel industry and I expected a higher level of courtesy. I’ll take my business elsewhere.

If you want to have peace of mind and not to have an anxiety attack do NOT use them.
I had a booking to go to IST airport. They sent a mail with the driver's name and number a day before. When I sent a WhatsApp message followed by an SMS to the driver starting 2 hrs before the pick up time I did not receive any response. I eventually called the driver, 8 rings later he picked up, obvious from his voice that I had woken him up. He said someone else will pick me up and hung up. I tried to call the Progo phone, forever first in the queue. Sent a mail, received a response saying the nominated driver will pick up. Half an hour before pick up I had to start making plans to take 2 taxis to the airport since, apart from the comfort, the main reason I had called them was the extra luggage we had. 10 minutes to pickup time miraculously someone turned up but of course not the same driver. Finally made it to the airport on time, albeit with a car where the air conditioning was almost non-existent. If you want to avoid the suspense and a nervous breakdown just before you set off to the airport avoid Progo at all cost. Oh, when I sent the chronology of the events and the stress they put me through to customer service i received a response saying they will investigate and get back to me. Almost ten days and never heard from them.

It was a very enjoyable journey. Our driver used the car very well, he was very polite and respectful. We thank you
