A SCAM!
I want my damn money, y’all will be hearing from my LAWYERS!

I haven’t received anything that purchased the beginning of July still haven’t received anything yet. It’s scam and oh I yeah I did contact them on every social media platform and email no reply back.

This brand is a scam and the product don’t work they are also very unproffetional! Don’t buy!!!!

I ordered the product in early November 2022 and still haven't received it. Its been 3 months and they haven’t returned any of my emails. I want a refund if they can’t give me the product I paid for. I will not be ordering from them again

I ordered on November of 2022 and didn’t get my order until January of 2023. Customer services sucks they never replied to my email. Which I did not appreciate. Once I received my order I tried it and honestly I don’t like that the crystal once it Melts it gets stuck on your teeth and when trying to take it which is difficult it’s very sticky. I wouldn’t order the protect again

I payed for the subscription back in November & never received the gum and they charged me for December as well without even receiving the first package. I’ve tried emailing and they don’t respond.. I don’t even know how to cancel my subscription.

It has been nearly a month and I have yet to receive my order as well as I paid for expedited shipping. About 3 weeks ago they gave me a tracking number and it hasn’t moved spots at all. Waste of time and money I would like a refund.

It’s been WEEKS and i haven’t received my order. I’ve tried emailing them, but I haven’t heard anything back. Please save your money and don’t buy from this company. Total rip off.

Absolutely terrible! Never order from tis company. They ignore paying customers and never ship their items. They even blocked me on social media when I tried to reach out about my order. Will be disputing the charge and reporting them as a scam company.

I still haven’t gotten my order yet. I don’t recommend buying from here. If I was you I would save my money. I called them and they hang up on me. If I don’t get my money back I’m sue this company

I have not receive any updates its been 2 weeks and they don't send any updates I tried emailing them but have not gotten a response

I ordered project jawline on 14 march (21 days)and still didnt recieve the item I payed extra money for shipping but ok I understand because of covid everything takes longer l, but when I gmailed them 5 times they responed once. They responed like 15 days ago. If the ordee wont come in 10 days I want a refund.

I still haven’t received the crystals and it has been about 3-4 weeks!? If it doesn’t even come soon I want a refund of my money!

Shipping took a long time. Once I received this item, I tried it for 3 days. Even though on the first day the crystals were stuck to my teeth. I tried putting them in the refrigerator as suggested and had the same issue. This did not work for me at all. I have sent a couple different emails, requesting a refund and wanting to send these back and can not get a response. So I would also say their customer service is lacking. These may work for others, but definitely did not for me.

I would like to request a refund. This product is awful. The taste is terrible, and what isn’t stuck in my teeth is stuck on my hands from trying to remove it from my mouth. Total rip-off. Please refund full amount.

bad shipping, takes too long

Project Jawline seems to be a good product. Not a drastic difference within the first week of using the product which is expected but it is working. The only problem I had was my experience with shipping. I paid $7 for expedited shipping and I received the package two weeks later. It took a week for them to ship my order from their warehouse which in my opinion isn’t time efficient considering the extra fee I paid.

The product was great. The chews are exactly as described and effective
