They got me as well!! Ordered a hand drill guide and received a crappy drill bit instead. Took 61 days to get it. Never would order a drill bit online anyway, I would get it local. Website says closed here too. Just trashy people ripping everyone off. Lesson learned.

Add me to the list. I ordered a carpet/upholstery cleaner. The Souly tracking says it was delivered in June. I did not receive what I ordered. In fact, I received something cheap and not even close to what I ordered. I asked for a refund but now I don’t even want to deal with these criminals. STAY AWAY FROM THIS STORE.

Site not recommended for purchases absolutely. You buy a € 50 item and they send you a € 1 item, justifying that it is the shipper who made a mistake and they promise, after negotiation, a 50% refund that they will never send. THEY ARE THIEVES AND SCAMS. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.

Well will, bought a tilting lift 3000 in March 2021 from these Honest folks wrote back to me to tell me it’s on Its Way, Chloe so now June arrives so I decided to call PayPal not any better they didn’t tell me it was a scam they told me my parcels on its way they were right I got it today June 16/21 bunch of scammers and other words sent me a Fixed frame Worth about two bucks probably cost them more and wrapping it up and to send it out has I wrote honest people Hah Hah Hah normally what comes around goes around. 👍 they only deserves a well learned one star. 🤣🤓

Terrible company: bought a product, got another cheap ass product that wasn't even close to what I ordered and even didn't get a refund. I saw another comment here about 'Chloe and the thieves', I think this perfectly describes what they are.

I ordered the stream cleaner back in Nov.still waiting.Chloe and the company is a big SCAM!!!!.I don't understand why Facebook allows the people that are scammers on this site.And there is a bunch more!!Like the embroidery machine and you can pay thru paypal.why is paypal and Facebook allowing this kinda of people on here, using there names to sell product, and screwing the people on this site. Are they part of the scammers are they getting kick backs from them?????

I purchased a walker in Jan.21 and am still waiting for it.It's going on 6 months now., and from what I have read about the company , the store is closed. How convient. Take the customers money and close shop. I wonder how many more people have been screwed.Terrible business. I'm a senior citizen and to be taken advantage of in this way is aweful.

Same happened to me. Don't order anything from them. Ordered 2 dumbells and got some cheap article for training finger strength. Chloe now told me that the guy who will send the refund is in holidays. Just wait a few more days... Blah blah blah

You order an item for 60 EUR and the send you some chip ferraille that cost max. 2 EUR and after this they try to boring you with endless requires and negotiations for the refound that you will never get. Easy money! But criminal activity. Please DO NOT BUY here. You will lose your money and your time.

SCAM I ordered a pull up bar on 24 Feb, and it arrived yesterday (26.04) over 2 month after only to find out the they sent a grip training tool. Don't shop there!

SCAM - Ordered a set of adjustable weights and received a very badly made set of hand trainers. AVOID THIS SHOP!!!
