S2 Pico Projector

I am very pleased with my S2 projector. Image is excellent and really user friendly. Customer service personnel was very helpful and shipping and delivery was promptly. Thank you, Projector SuperStore!!

Amazing customer service!!!

I have yet to receive my order due to it being on back order. Taylor who helped me was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable and quick to respond to all my inquiries.

I placed order for a projector

I placed order for a projector. Contacted Projector SuperStore and they said that unfortunately it was back ordered and will not be available for a month.
They offered advise on which other model would be close in specs and quality. however i wanted this particular one and canceled my order. Refund was done the same day. in the future for projector needs this is my place.

Wonderful Service

Had some problems with ordering, turns out it was all on my end. I think the guy's name was Jeff that helped me, couldn't have been nicer about figuring everything out.

Thanks for quick service

It was easy to find the projectors I needed and the pricing was good and transparent. Items arrived quickly. Took off 1 star since the pricing wasn't as good as a competitor, and because an obsolete model I wanted originally was listed on the site only to find out after ordering it was not available.

I didn't know what to expect because…

I didn't know what to expect because this is the first time I have dealt with this company. I was not only impressed with this Father and Son team but they bent over backwards to make sure I was pleased with all my concerns and took personal care with me! Thank you Projector Superstore!!!

Purchased out of stock product, CS made up for it

I purchased a product that was advertised on their site. I only found out a day after the purchase that they had no stock of the item. They quickly refunded me, and offered to match the price with another (superior) model for my trouble. I opted out of that purchase however was very happy with the customer service. 4 stars because they should be keeping their site up to date with their current stock situation.
