I purchased a used EPSON projector from here for my husbands birthday and I gotta say I am entirely satisfied. First off, the price was very reasonable for a used projector. However, as many of us would, I was worried that a low price might mean there was something wrong with this used item. Fortunately if you read the description and specs, they are considerate enough to attach a reason for such discounted prices. This transparency was instantly appealing so I decided to go for it. Now that it has arrived, I am even more impressed. The shipping was fast and the item itself is in fantastic condition despite being used. The quality of the image projection is beautiful! The focus is crisp and the brightness is perfect! I am extremely satisfied with the Projector SuperStore and will definitely be shopping here for any future needs. 👍🏼

Fast and efficient 1 day service

I was shopping for a projector for my church. I found a "open box" one for a good price. I wanted to make sure since it was open box that it came with a remote control. I got on the online chat and posed the question, and had an answer within a minute. Very happy the selection price and customer service from Projector SuperStore.

I found the Projector SuperStore online via a google search upon learning that our original projector situation had fallen through and we suddenly had no projector for our event which was only 4 days away! I found the projector we were in need of on the Projector SuperStores site and placed the order around 11 PM. I selected overnight shipping. The next morning I woke up in a panic because I had remembered that this particular projector was sold out at many locations so I wondered if they were sold out too and despite me paying for the overnight, if they didn't have the product, what could they really do. So I called very early in the morning and left a message for someone to return my call and left a detailed explanation of my situation on the voicemail. I received a call back and was told that the projector was indeed sold out but because they cared that I needed it so soon, they went out of their way to locate one elsewhere and shipped it immediately. I did receive the projector as promised that very next day and had a very successful event. In today's times there are a lot of companies that would have said "we don't have it in stock, it's not our problem", but the Projector SuperStore didn't. They sympathized with my situation and went above and beyond to help me. Not to mention that the price of the projector was cheaper than other stores too! I don't typically write reviews but I felt compelled because the service was just excellent. I highly recommend anyone and everyone to purchase from the Projector SuperStore.

Very accommodating. I only have issue with the selection of tax exemption, having the printed invoice showing no tax, but the next day receiving an order processing document showing that tax was in fact taken.
