Arrived quickly, perfect fit, great quality.

I ordered a custom dress, I gave promshop the correct measurements and the dress is absolutely huge! It would a 16-18 easy yet I’m only a petite 10-12.. I then had to order a new dress (elsewhere thank god) and they to were provided with the same measurements and there dress fits as it should. This dress I purchased from promshopau is so poorly made and on top of that the beading on the bust is completely lopsided so I wouldn’t get this altered even if I wanted to... , and to be offered no refund when their staff have clearly stuffed up with this much of a variation with sizing is really sad.. I basically threw $198 in the bin. Disgusting customer service

My daughter absolutely loved the Quinceanera dress! I ordered on a Sunday and it was delivered the following Saturday! We chose her size based off of the size chart online. The color, size, and style matched exactly as the website. The dress is of amazing quality! We definitely recommend shopping at this website.

I ordered a dress my daughter really wanted. I really did not want to order it because it was a final sale and no exchange. Of course when we got the dress. It was too big and the color was ugly. My daughter cried because she bought this dress with her own money.Now we have a dress she will not be to wear. I wish your store would at least let her exchange It for something she would be happy with.

Fantastic service. Fast delivery. Great emails. The only thing I had a problem with was, a lot of the dresses that are shown online, aren't available in all sizes. The dress I really wanted, I wouldn't be able to get until January of next year and my dance is in December. I tried ordering several others but had the same problem. The dress I had to settle with is pretty but for a thousand dollars I should have been able to get the that makes me feel like the prettiest girl at the dance. Thank you for the great service.

I ordered a dress but later received an email that it was sold out. Luckily, I emailed them to ask about other options and the person I was in contact with took the time to help me and assure me that the dress I ordered would be in stock again before my event date (November 16) They told me it would be in stock on November 5th and should be delivered by the 9th, which I was still a little worried about in case the dress didn’t fit, there would be no time to exchange or have it altered, but still went with it. To my surprise, I received an email/text on October 24th that the dress had shipped and by the following Tuesday, it arrived. The dress was perfect and it even came with a cute bag to hang and protect the dress. Thanks for the help!!

The dress came perfect and packaging was really good. It was exactly on time like it said. Had no problems :)

Customer service went above and beyond. We needed the dress quickly, and customer service found the correct size from the designer and dress was shipped overnight express.
