Sizing chart is very off. We measured twice and then ordered one size up and it’s still to small!

First - You can actually get someone on the phone!! They helped me to decide what size to order. When the dress arrived and didn't fit, the return process was quick and easy and my account was credited upon receipt of the dress.

Dress is exactly as expected, shipped quickly and came with a great travel bag!

Not one to normally leave reviews, however due to the nature of the purchase definitely felt the need to leave something out there for someone to grasp on for future needs. This past prom season with my junior daughter was a nightmare. Brick and mortar stores that we visited had minimal choices within her size range which left her feeling miserable and me wanting to pull my hair out. After deciding to switch to an online purchase many of the reviews left me petrified (a quick query and it's a mess of completely different items sent than purchased, poor construction, etc.). We finally decided on Prom Dress Shop and my daughter settled on a gorgeous royal blue dress. There was no negative to the purchase what-so-ever. The dress arrived in a timely manner, it is/was absolutely gorgeous, the colors actually being brighter/more brilliant that the image on the site, and with beading that was professionally attached (not one bead was lost through prom :)). While a small detail, they also included a garment bag with the dress itself, no charge. A great experience all the way around.

I needed to get a dress quick, and was freaking out because it was taking a little longer than expected to ship out. I emailed and straight away they replied, let me know it was under making and asked when I needed it. I got it in plenty of time before the event. And it's such a good buy. It's so hard for me to find dresses that are modest too so I will definitely be buying more dresses here. So so impressed!!

Did not get my dress in time even after I paid for speedy shipping. Also, if I would have sent it back they were going to charge me 15 percent restocking fee even tho I never opened the box

A very beautiful dress. It would have been wonderful to wear at my event, but I didn’t receive it in time. I only received it on April 30, instead of the given date of April 27.
