Beautiful dress worth every cent, great quality. My daughter was thrilled and looked amazing, she got so many compliments, her dress made her prom night so so special Thank you very much.

The return policy is very sneaky and easy to overlook. Restocking fee absolutely sucks. Dress quality was okay, but I’ve definitely seen better for the price I’ve paid. Customer service was prompt but not very friendly.

Quality not very good. The dress was wore one night and after the first hour of shooting pictures we noticed there was a spot about the size of a basketball where all the sequence had came off (bald spot). We had not even made it to the dance before falling apart. Disappointing especially after the huge expense of the dress.

So happy with this company! They had the dress that my daughter and I searched everywhere for! The designer was even sold out of the size that we needed. It came within 4 days and was exactly what we expected.

Promdressshop.com found the dress we were looking for and got it to us so very quickly. The 3 stars isn't necessarily for the business but the dress itself they sold to us. One strap broke within 20 minutes of my daughter having it on. At this point they were well on their way to get pictures done and such and we had to rig it up for the night. I was sad for her that she had to worry about this the whole night. She went from loving her dress to hating it. Really put a damper on her Senior Prom night :( I will be writing an email to the dress company and suggesting promdressshop.com to avoid selling this line. $280 for a dress that fell apart immediately.

Dress was not as adveritsed. The sleeves did not drape to the back and front as advertised. I was very disappointed. I only didnt return because I needed it for a function 2 days later.

Dress is really beautiful but it shipped 2 weeks after the original ship date they quoted me. Would definitely recommend buying from here as far as quality dresses just make sure to leave yourself plenty of time because shipping may run late.

Prom Dress Shop - Rude Customer service! Unreasonable - no exceptions and unfriendly. Someone named Jill wouldn't even listen to reasons why the five day return was not possible- one of which the dresses arrived during spring break and we were gone. We now have 2 dresses that have never been worn. They were literally taken out of the box 3 times to try on (less that 10 minutes of total time) Most proms across the nation have not taken place. Very unpleasant people. Unpleasantly shared that other customers have tried to sell dresses on Ebay or Poshmark which leads me to believe this is a common occurrence.
