Worst experience ever
Even though the furniture is beautiful, the service and level of response when something is wrong is very poor.
We ordered early September a big, wood table, 3 wood wall cabinets and 2 sofas to be delivered mid-Nov under the confirmation of having all in the warehouse.
The week before the planned delivery we were called to be informed that our furniture would be delivered the 3rd week of next year as there were missing 2 of the wall cabinets. After some discussions, they agree to bring the rest of the furniture now and after some extra discussions, they agreed not charge us the delivery in January.
The table legs didn’t fit the table. And the wall cabinet was broken and dirty even with spiderwebs. Sofas were good.
We have been the whole week chasing them and claiming with very few or no answers. And definitely not being accountable for solving the problem.
While the table is -according to them responsibility of the manufacturer, and we need to wait for them to contact us, the wall cabinet has barely been a topic, even though we sent several pictures showing the problem. And the fact that we were lied to, is barely recognized when we asked why at the sale moment we were assured that they have it all in the warehouse.
By far the worst experience we have lived with any store in NL. Problems and mistakes can happen, but lack of accountability is definitely a characteristic I don’t want to see in any company I make business with.

Is not that we have not talked with your employees. My husband has been having calls since Monday, with no clear answers or accountability. And on top of everything, we realized today that even everyone with whom we spoke asured that the complaint over the dressoir was received, only today was created the document for it (so… did someone saw the pictures and is able to respond?)
We just moved to a new house and I can not unpack the ground floor boxes, as we trusted on Pronto’s word… how much time do we need to wait?
