The team at Proper Advice provided great service to us as first time buyers finding us the mortgage that worked best for us quickly. During the process Nina kept us up to date regularly to ensure we were on the best rate up until purchase and was always very helpful and quick to respond to emails or calls

We have now used Proper Advice for four mortgages, including residential and buy to let. The service is outstanding.

Nina was assigned to us and she did the most amazing job of guiding us through, liaising with mortgage lenders and solicitors, and keeping the communication going throughout.

We got excellent mortgage deals, and when their fixed term is up, we'll be in contact with Proper Advice to help us arrange the new mortgages.

Another amazing experience with Proper Advice, having used them previously. Harry and Amy were fantastic from start to finish, taking me right through the mortgage application process.

They were brilliant not only during the initial application, but right through to completion and beyond. Amy kept me informed throughout and was great at chasing solicitors etc for updates on my behalf. They were both fabulous also when it came to delays in the chain and extended my mortgage offer without any trouble.

Since completion, Harry has been wonderful in also advising me on life insurance plans, and has made sure me and my family are protected.
