A powerfull, comprehensive tool on it's field

Great software that makes identifying possible property to source a breeze! Saves so much time in comparison to trying to look through the standard property portals!

Property Filter listens to its subscribers, and develops itself using our feedback. They keep coming up with new features that help me in my property journey. They treat us as a family, giving us a great sense of community.

The software is great and customer service is on another level. They really want investors to succeed in their strategy.

Property Filter goes from strength to strength which keeps amazing me. They truly developing software with the users (property sourcers, investors) in mind. Finding deals anywhere in the country from your laptop, saving countless hours going to several different websites to gather information on a property. And the CRM type system allows you freedom to do the key work of viewing and putting in those deals.

Although I am only a 'newbie' when it comes to using this software, I have seen, through demonstrations and by some dabbling with it myself, a lot of the capabilities. And, as an experienced property investor, I see and understand how powerful it is, when it comes to identifying probable good deals. It also comes with an impressive range of resources - guides, videos (e.g. walk-throughs). No hesitation in recommending.

The Property Filter experience for me is clearly the most useful tool for investors to enter the market since Rightmove and Zoopla. Complex but not complicated, it is many times more useful and efficient with your time. Founder managed it has a team right now who really do want their users to be successful and seem to do everything they can to make that happen. Support is second to non. Plus it has to be the most cost effective currently underpriced tool available to investors ever, so far I'd say.

Property Filter is a very useful tool to help you find good motivated sellers around the UK. There is also an abundance of free teaching and coaching within the membership, so there's no "sales add-ons", which is really nice.

An excellent way to find motivated sellers. Property Filter catches so many data points. The “set your criteria and leave the software to do the searches”is fantastic. But the bonus for me is all of the other resources - The Property Filter Blue Print; The weekly Motivation Zooms with Guillaume “ Our Favourite Frenchman” ; The training videos; The real-time help through regular Zooms; The collaborations with other providers and successful people in the industry;
