if you haven’t already tried their service, then I would say why not?
I’m a small portfolio landlord and have been aware of property master for sometime, but never used them as I have a mortgage advisor locally. I took the plunge whilst on holiday abroad and was very pleased to be able to search for the right mortgage for me, complete the application form and get things moving before happy hour started. I found them knowledgable, very personable and quite efficient. I will definitely use again and if you haven’t already tried their service, then I would say why not! For me, just a few tweaks to their website (which to be honest is great at what it does) would get me using them exclusively.

Can't praise Property Master enough
Can't praise Property Master enough
Initially I checked with a high street broker that I had used a few years ago when it came to re-mortgaging my btl. I wanted to release a chunk of money from the property but this high street broker couldn't find any providers willing to release the amount of money I wanted due to the rental income not being 145% of the new mortgage payments based on a hypothetical rate of 5.5% (despite the fact that the monthly payments would actually be lower than what I was currently paying).
Then I came across an advert for Property Master online so I thought I'd give them a try. After inputting my details into their system (which was a quick and easy process) it came up with several lenders that matched my criteria, in theory at least. PM then contacted me and I decided to proceed with an application with one of these lenders. Incidentally, after checking on the lender's website, the rate that I secured through PM was much better than the rate I would have got applying directly myself.
Throughout the whole application process they were excellent. Their communication was great, even if there was no news and they kept chasing the lender who was being a bit slow at times. All of the team that I dealt with were also incredibly professional, helpful and friendly.
And best of all it was free!
In fact, it was such an easy, professional process that the days of traditional high street brokers are surely numbered. Especially if PM decide to expand into residential mortgages as well...
I would definitely use them again and would have no hesitation in recommending PM to anyone.

I had just returned from USA making…
I had just returned from USA making renewing my buy to let mortgage difficult. Property master where fantastic, different members of the team worked on my mortgage and located the right providers and I did not have to chase them up at all. Very good service.

I was very grateful to get a remorgage as I couldn't get one from the main high street banks for buy to let as didn't earn 25.000 basis.. even though I was a customer with the bank and had a normal morgate with them for 5 years ..i needed to change to buy to let as moved in with partner...so was very happy that I am now able to buy to let now though this company . All dealings was handed very quickly and professionaly..would highly recommend...very happy customer
