An extremely helpful service that never once made me feel that it wasn't free! Knowledgeable customer service representative who helped throughput the process, even checking that things were progressing at a satisfactory pace. Competitive products, excellent service and a human at the other end of the phone - what more could you want?

I spotted Property Master on Facebook by chance, as my current BTL mortgage deals had expired and I was looking to re-mortgage to get my finances in good shape. I’d lost contact with a Broker I’d used previously so it made sense to try and do this myself through Property Masters website. Once I’d submitted all my details I had the pick of all the deals available then worked with Claire over the phone to bring them all to a close. I’ve not paid a broker fee which is refreshing / unheard of and I’ve managed to half my monthly mortgage related outgoings! For me, the website is simple and straight forward but the personal service, whilst in the process of switching, would be the reason why I’ve rated them so highly and would recommend them to any Landlord.

I was looking for a better mortgage rate for my buy to let property and was searching for a simply process that would suit my criteria. The most important information for me was how much was it going to cost and how much the monthly repayments will be. The Property Master Website clearly shows all the relevant details without spinning your head with unnecessary information, the website is transparent which is why I chose to use Property Master. Although I did have some reservations as it is such a new company but after speaking to the office and doing a bit of research I was filled with confidence to proceed, the response from the team was very fast, efficient and honest. Support provided to fill in forms and after forms were filled in was superb. Quick, efficient and knowledgeable staff. Chased the lender and their solicitors to move things along for us. Entire process was completed very smoothly.

Property Master assisted us in re-mortgaging a buy-to-let property. It was quite a straight forward transaction as our portfolio of properties are all less than 50% LTV. As such, we cannot comment on more complicated situations. We simply chose one of the mortgages offered via Property Master, applied and completed!
