Very Poor Experience — Do Not Recommend
Searched for a property valuation and called the number and spoke to David, I explained the situation on what is required and he suggested an online evaluation would suffice for our property settlement — 5 weeks later we go through all this work with our family lawyers to find out we needed an onsite evaluation.
Called and asked David if there was anything we could discount given we had already paid for the evaluation and he said no as we requested the online report — Which David originally advised would suffice.
He then went on and got all upset at me and hung up on me after I asked again saying I'm wasting his time and to go find another valuer.
This is by far the worst customer experience I've ever received. I strongly recommend do NOT use this service.
