Our realtor was caring, kind, and always had our best interests in mind. She walked us through several decisions about price adjustments in a very difficult market for sellers, and was always available for consultation and a supportive word when we were getting discouraged. When an offer was received, she guided us through the negotiations, and we are delighted with the outcome! We would absolutely recommend her to anyone looking for a realtor to assist with the sale of their property.

These guys are total SCAM artists. Thru the years I was considering trying them out. However, I would talk to PG sellers, that at one time had their property listed with PG. But, only to find out that the seller sold their home or de-listed it with PG a long time ago, but PG still has them listed currently. PG obviously is trying to make themselves look like they have many more listings than they really do-liars!! Thus, the sellers are still being bothered by calls, even though they haven't had their property with PG for a long time. Wow..disgusting!! They should have a Class Action Law Suit to smarter them up!!

We dealt with Toni Kennedy out of the Truro, Colchester, and East Hants office of Property Guys for both our purchase and sale and she was absolutely wonderful. Our home went from being listed to fully sold in under a month and in a price range that we were quite happy with. She was completely professional in any little issues that popped up with the other side in both transactions and kept us in the loop for every little item. She also took all of our concerns seriously and dealt with them with ease. We don't plan on any more moves, but if we change our mind, I know exactly where we're going for our realtor.

Nathan is a great person to work with. He helped us with two transactions. He is very knowledgeable. We had a great experience working with him.

I get a call from a lady at a call center that can't answer any of my questions. She says a local franchise ,rep with call me. It's been 3wks! Zero calls!!

It was A 4 only because they tried to convince us not to sell the house at the price we wanted. We were correct and successful selling the house at the price we wanted in seven days, and got above. They did a great job, very professional in everyway, and we did save money. We recommend them greatly! We will use their services again!

I had a wonderful experience with Property Guys. Dave helped me through a difficult time with ease.

Referring to agent at Gander location. Told me fee would be $5000 when house sold; yet as he was leaving when he initially came to look at our house in March 2025, he charged me $3450. All he did was take a few pics and put a 'for sale' sign on our fence He didn't tell me what house would be listed at until days later when I asked if it was listed. That's when he sent link to website. He robbed us of many dollars. Would never recommend him!

Chris Andrews was very attentive and professional. Very good value for the pricing structure. We are using Chris for the purchase of our next house. Will not hesitate to recommend Chris Andrews to anybody who would care to listen. Can't say enough good things about him.

Candida and Gerry has always been quick to respond. They went above and beyond to say the least to sell our rental property. I would highly recommend exploring there services to see how they can help you whether you are buying or selling. I can't recommend property guys enough.

Our agent Annalise was fantastic. She was always available to answer questions or to accomodate our requests. The whole Property Guys philosophy is great, more people should be looking at this fair, reasonable way to sell and buy a house. All said and done, I saved over $25,000 in unnecessary commissions. Highly recommend Property Guys.
