I’ve used Property Guys for 2 sales. The support and guidance was invaluable. The first time we found people that had no interest in dealing with a realtor and the deal closed quickly and easily. The second time PG directed a realtor to out door with a buyer and it came together.

Great exposure

Ben Quenneville, our agent listened to our needs and concerns. He helped us sell our house 2 years ago, giving us the price we wanted in a timely manner. He was also very patient and helpful with the purchase of our next home.

We were able to get a package that worked for us. We used the agent to show the listing. I believe he got us the best value and it was for a fair flat fee.

I don’t know which sale I’m reviewing but the one in Nova Scotia was excellent and I’d give that a 5 star rating. The agent was amazing; one of the best we’ve ever had and we’re investors so buy and sell a lot. The sale in Alberta I’m giving a 2 star rating because we didn’t feel the agent was looking out for our best interests. He was available at all times for appointments (4 in total) which is good, but didn’t seem to see what was obvious to any potential buyer looking at the properties. They were either way overpriced; or were truly dumps; or were money pits needing endless work. He thought they were all fine - defending them all. They would have been a huge, expensive mistake to buy, so we’re glad we followed our own instincts (even after wasting $2,300 on inspections for one house). Only one of those properties ended up selling with the house demolished. We eventually bought land and built new. We really believe in the P.G. concept and always had great experiences from B.C. to the Maritimes, so this was disappointing.

Property Guys was a great way to sell our house. The services provided were excellent, having the photos and 3D tour set up, getting the listing on the MLS as well as the very visible for sale sign in front of our house. Also wording on our listing was provided by Property Guys. It was convenient to show our home because we didn't have to leave....we showed the house to potential buyers. Our house sold in a reasonable amount of time and Property Guys guided us through the contract and closing. I would definitely sell with Property Guys again!

We have used Property Guys 3 times, both for our home and business. Property Guys just makes sense! We were taken care of and were able to choose how much we wanted to handle/how much we wanted Property Guys to handle. All legal paperwork was in order and taken care of for us. Pictures and virtual tour were awesome! When we purchased our business property, Property Guys even gave us a cut of their commission! To top it off, our agent gave us a very generous gift as well. Nothing but good things to say about Property Guys!

We listed & sold our rental home through Property Guys. We found both Rick & Simon to have great marketing strategies and both were very communicative and worked diligently for us. They offered us guidance through their expertise and took turns at hosting two Open Houses which helped sell our property. I would recommend listing through Property Guys to sell your home.

Yes. It was simple, I contacted the Agent after seeing a few other signs in area.
He came and did a fabulous job of marketing in different ways including a magazine type brochure and pictures and drone vedio as well.
People came and after around 6 showings it was sold for full price.
