I was trying to work out how I could obtain a retrospective valuation. I stumbled across Property Pricer via a google search. I called on Saturday morning, my phone call was accepted by Ross. Upon enquiring was given clear instructions and I understood costs associated with the report upfront. Upon asking how long it would take, I was told I would have it Monday. Well I received the report on Sunday. Exceptional customer service, was a simple process in the end. Would highly recommend !

I am very pleased with the extra effort they took to get the valuation accurate for a unique property that was much better than the description.
They even rang an estate agent to get local knowledge about the property.
