The service signs you up for a subscription, and the website does not make that very clear. The company is very good though, and once I contacted them they refunded the subscription charge with zero hassle. If you only want a single report, make sure you pay attention to the website.

I needed help, and I got the help I needed immediately.

Apart from the fact that I didn't find what I was looking for I was also being charged monthly for the past several months. When first signing up it was not made clear that I would be charged monthly, first $5 and then $20. It was my fault for not addressing the charges sooner, lots happening. But I was under the impression it would be $1 and then charged again when utilizing services. I am sure in the fine print this detail about a monthly charge was there but I honestly have no recollection of this. If anything, I recall reading it was a one time charge only. This needs to be much more clear so people aren't confused and don't waste money. The only reason I am giving three stars is because of how easy and effortless the cancellation process was. They even refunded the last charge. I appreciate that.

I had a great experience with this company. When I was shopping for properties I got a lot more information that I could receive through my realtor and from online searching. It was invaluable. I paid for the service but forogot it was a subscription.... usually a giant headache but alas the customer service did me a solid and refunded over a year's worth of fees I accidently had when I was not using it. That is a stand up company and I will always return when back in the market! Again, Thank you for your service you provided and for you honorable customer service.

I am not sure how I ended up with a monthly subscription. However, when I contacted them by account was quickly closed and a refund for unused time was given. Customer Service was great and understanding. Offered a quick easy solution.

I used this website in January and in March I received two separate charges on my credit card. One for 5.00 and one for 20.00. In January when I used their site I thought I was using a one time search and paid for it. Their web site is deceptive and consumers need to be aware. I called them and they gave me a refund.
