I was able to search and get what I need but I don't like being on a subscription service AND some of the info is inaccurate...

I did not realize that there was a monthly charge for the service from what I had read so they were quick to cancel the service for me.

My review is mixed with pros and cons…
PRO-Impressive detailed property information.
CON-agreed to one charge was charged three different charges the same day.
CON-reoccurring monthly charges I did not agree to nor have any knowledge of.
HUGE PRO- Customer Service was absolutely incredible!!!
Representative was extremely Kind, respectful, helpful, and immediately issued a refund of more than I had anticipated.

Customer service rep was extremely helpful. She took action to refund my money before I even asked her to. It could not have gone any smoother.

When I ordered my home's property information I did not realize that I was signing up for a recurring charge. However, once I noticed it on my bank statement the customer service (AI bot) did a quick and thorough job of canceling the service and issuing a refund for the 2nd charge.

The agent was kind, expeditious, and helpful.

This was great for the report I needed, but I was unaware that this was a subscription service. The agent was helpful and canceled/refunded the second month immediately.

Thomas in customer support was great! He helped me quickly close my account so I wouldn’t continue to be charged each month for a service I didn’t know I had enrolled in and didn’t need. What I am dissatisfied with is when I requested the property report, I did not realize I enrolled in and authorized a monthly subscription. That was not clear when I used your website. I needed the report to file for a homestead exemption. That is why I paid for what I thought was a single 1 time report. Not a monthly subscription. I would not have requested the report if I knew I was signing up for a subscription and going to be charged $9.95 each month.
