This is our first time purchasing a property with Property Solutions and I have to say the experience is running smoothly thus far. Georgia Cannell is friendly, professional and approachable. Georgia maintained close contact, from the viewing stage right through to confirmation of our offer being accepted. All our questions have been answered and timely and information obtained on our behalf. Even in Georgia's absence her colleague Jake was also very helpful. All in all I would not hesitate to recommend!

Have just had an offer accepted on a house with this company. Great help from all staff throughout! Courtney was very helpful with our viewing - providing us with excellent knowledge of the house and local area - answering all of our questions and queries. My fist contact with Property Services was January 2022 when I became executor of my mother’s Will, which included responsibility for her property in the UK up to the sale in October 2022.

Living overseas could have been problematic for me but my worries were soon abated. Initially I spoke with Darren Parfitt, and he quickly put me on to the right department.

There were two ladies I was in constant contact with, Abbie Baker and Harriet Burgess. They both worked efficiently and professionally, giving excellent advice when it was needed. They responded to my emails straight away and were both lovely ladies. They were always cheerful, friendly and knowledgeable. Nothing was ever a problem. It has certainly been a pleasure to work with you both.

Without question I would fully recommend Property Services to do regular property checks on vacated property. The reports received are extremely detailed which include an up to date photo of the property along with services readings.

Fantastic in helping me sell a house I inherited. They did everything I didn’t even know I needed and kept me updated all through the process. Great communication, Georgia was friendly but professional with all her emails. Only downside is not open on Saturdays but really prompt with everything on a Monday morning so doesn't make much difference overall!
