Reduced the value of my property sale from 390 to below 330 to get leads!!

when asked to remove this sale and all listings (which they confirmed) its can still be found by other companies!!

A poor marketing tactic of theirs knocked the value of my house by almost £80k! Im now not getting offers over 300 because buyers can see their last listing at 330.

I have emailed them many times but they still can't fix this!!

My house was worth 360 5 years ago by the bank!!

I recently dealt with Joshua Burr who has been excellent throughout the whole process. He has been very prompt with responses and managed to book viewings without any hassle.

Well, I am a writer by profession, but to be honest, I am stumped about what to say. I can only sing the praises of Josh Burr who was fantastic from start to finish and went well out of his way to make sure he did his best to deal with my needs in a very personalised way. It was nice to be treated as a person rather than a number or a client.

CIRCUMSTANCES HAVE ANYTHING TO DO WITH THEM AND AVOID LIKE A PLAGUE!!!
This people will put your house in the market for months and won't do anything to get buyers and then they have the audacity to say that your house is not selling because you need to reduce the price??? (BELOW MARKET VALUE???). When our house was put in the market by a local agency, it was sold in 4 days! they are incompetent and the lack of professionalism is shocking specially from Alison Lane. It's absurd the commission that they receive for doing absolutely nothing! Avoid at all costs!

Georgia Cannell was brilliant throughout the whole process of when I first showed interest in the property. She was available when I needed help, happy to answer all my questions and she was very friendly and personable. She really has kicked off my first time buying experience with a positive!
