We used both the Property Twins brokerage and buyers agent services which worked really well together. Sana, Mona, Seerat, Jade and Maria have all been a pleasure to work with from start to finish. Very professional service and communication throughout the entire process. Sana's guidance with refinance options and equity release gave us the confidence to move forward with purchasing our first investment property in Melbourne. The buyers agent team took the stress out of purchasing a property interstate and navigating local laws. I believe using a buyers agent that could also guarantee our finances, gave the selling agent the confidence to recommend their client accept our offer in a competitive market.

We have used the services of Property Twins twice, once to buy our investment property in Brisbane about 4 years ago and one recently to buy a property in Perth through SMSF. We have had great experience both the times. Both Sana and Mona are extremely knowledgeable and know what they are doing. The properties we have bought through them are high quality and we can already see the potential. We would also like to shout out to the admin team of Jade and Maria for guiding us through all the procedures of buying the property.

Every step of the process, the Property Twins have been more than amazing, to say the least. Trust me, there are many steps and things that you cannot do on your own.
All I had to do was sign the documents. They took care of everything.
They never gave an impression that I had to rush into making any decision, which is the best part.
