Doyel was the name of the support agent and i got to say if you see his name on the chat your in for a treat as your issue isnt a issue anymore, because hes already solved it thats how helpful he wasrealy great and smooth interaction compared to other prop firms.. uhhm uhm no names mentioned but they take weeks to solve issues very miner ones too.

I have been funded with Prop Number One for a while now. Always been da brilliant company and pay their traders out Trading conditions are great and trading rules are great too in comparision to some other firmsI was invited to complete a risk interview via Zoom it was a 10 minute process and it was nice to put a face to a name with one of the team. Some may see it as an inconvenience but it really is a quick process.

Great customer service
They are quick responsive and helpful. Only one thing to improve on the prolcessing time of the funded account i qualified for one before and it took them roughly about 3 Business Days to provide the login credentials which was a bit frustrating.
