I visited Propstore for a tour and I felt really welcome, not only by Viki thru e-mail before my visit but also by Jamie who showed me around. The rest of the staff where also really kind and welcoming. I really recommend Propstore and I want to visit them again in the future :)

I ordered and paid £622 (including delivery and insurance) for a signed Back to the Future photograph on 10th December 2025. It has now been almost two months and I still have not received the item.

The purchase was for a birthday gift, and that date has long since passed. I am extremely disappointed and increasingly concerned about the legitimacy of this transaction.

I emailed on 22nd December requesting an update and received a reply on 30th December to be told it was a busy period and that I would receive further updates. None came. I emailed again and received a reply on 12th January stating I would be updated in the next day or so. That update never arrived. I sent another email on 21st January and have yet to receive any response.

The lack of communication and failure to provide clear information has been incredibly frustrating. At this stage, I have serious concerns about both the service and the reliability of this company.

I cannot recommend Propstore based on my experience and will now be pursuing this matter further.

My item was very well packaged, I had a good communication experience with Propstore, I ordered my item over Xmas and so I had to wait a little while to receive it because of their backlog in getting parcels out, I was in constant contact with them and they were extremely helpful and apologetic and very kindly shipped my parcel out to arrive on my chosen delivery day. This is the second item I have had from Propstore and both are excellent. My only gripe is that the postage charge is fairly high , it was £40 to ship! Other than that it was all good. 👍🏻 😊 👍🏻

Apart from being very professional and friendly, I want to tell you that they also showed humanity. I once misjudged something at an auction, and Propstore accommodated me even though they didn't have to. They showed humanity, which really speaks for this company. That is rare and should be recognized.

As a recent seller, I have to say Propstore gave me a very good, personal, individual service. I had no idea they would be as helpful as they were. They do answer emails, they were very patient with me asking questions and clarifying things. Their commission rate is lower than other more general auctions that I know of. The payment I was promised mid-January actually arrived before the new year. Bear in mind I was selling ONE item while others probably put in many and at higher reserves than my lot, yet they found time for me whenever I wanted. If you are completely new to this kind of thing, do not be nervous, they will understand and be helpful and courteous. YES I RECCOMMEND.

Communicated quickly upon inquiring about my shipment. Were able to accommodate special shipping changes and get the package to me in perfect condition. Everything was well wrapped and completely intact. Excellent service.

I got a GREAT poster at a really good auction price, I've been looking on ebay at posters but could never afford their prices, Propstore is great for me I'll just lookout for upcoming poster auctions and bid on them here.

I was a little unsure of registering my absentee bid. I contacted propstore and was immediately given piece of mind that it had been excepted. I watched the item I had bid on via a live stream link go under the hammer. The following day i contacted propstore and they confirmed i was the successful bidder. The communication from propstore kept flowing all the way ensuring my item was delivered.

Great! Items are always 'as listed' and appreciated the speedy communications re my last purchase. Jamie in particular has been excellent to work with. Items always arrive safe and sound w great packing and thru customs.

Sent Propstore a piece of music memorabilia , they advised me that it would be promoted in their October music auction, they had the item for over 6 months and then didn’t list the item, it went until I chased them that they realised the mistake. This maybe human error , but not what I’d expect from a professional auctioneer.

I'm a first time customer/winning bidder of Propstore. Registering to bid was extremely easy. After I won the item, I received a couple of emails updating me on the shipping status. The item shipped from the UK to the USA, arrived the next day after being shipped and was received in perfect condition. I would not hesitate to purchase another item from Propstore.

Do not trust Propstore's listings on Liveauctioneers - they misrepresented the quality of a vintage movie poster in their listing photo and description on Liveauctioneers and when confronted blamed Liveauctioneers for the lower resolution photo of their Liveauctioneers listing page - leaving me to have to pay to have the poster properly restored.

Their support staff went above and beyond to assist me in procuring the item’s payment. After my banking establishment was being difficult releasing the funds. I can’t over state the patient nature they have to navigate the payment processing with ease.

After the payment went through there was just a slight delay in getting my item shipped, it was diverted to the back of the queue as my bank caused the snarl. Once it was sorted, it was shipped an delivered in a timely manner and was wonderfully packaged to prevent any damage to it.

Super rude customer service for a lost package they labeled wrong. Still hasn’t show up. If I could upload photos I would denying it was labeled wrong denying it was lost and trying to blame a return customers who has spent 10’s of thousands of dollars through the propstore.

Excellent service and friendly staff! They packaged and shipped my prop very prompt. Would recommend to anyone!
