Unethical and gross
Unethical and gross. They make it deliberately and unnecessarily difficult to cancel a subscription once you start; why in 2025 do I need to call someone and talk to them on the phone in order to cancel a subscription that I set up online without speaking to anyone?

Great platform I really like it
Great platform I really like it. It is giving me way more leads than I can use right now. But I had out grown the other platform, so I look forward to maximizing out mail program with PropStream.

not sure how I keep falling off and needing to re-start my subscription. My payment source has not changed. And then once i figured out that I needed to resubscribe I was locked out by the site. So, here it is three days later and I am still not in the system. Very inconvenient.

EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED !!!!!!!!! I had propstream for a several yrs on…
I had propstream for a several yrs on and off and for the last 2 yrs I have dealt with problems and issues they were having. A lot of the info is old (seems like it to me). I recently parted ways with propstream after several yrs. For the last 6 moths or so, it wasnt letting me log in sometimes and id have to call (wich is a waist of time) let's face it a lot of us dont have extra time for needless calls. It will let me log in most of the time on my laptop but when I use my iPad or phone it will not let me log in 90% of the time. In the last 2 months there were several times I tried to log in and it tells me they are working on the site and that just happens to be the time im not working and can do my side hustle. I did like using propstream but why pay for it ,if you can't get on it and use it. I made several calls to let customer service know and asked if they are willing to do something and they didn't. To me at the end , it was waisting MY time and taking my money. Ya lost a good customer propstream. Now I am trying out 2 other similar sites. Good luck people

Sh*t tool and services
The info this tool provide is complete sh*t, no emails, no number, skip tracing will never give you anything.
In addition to this, I have never received any Invoice, they charge twice and never refund the amount. I have sent around 15 emails to the support and they just reply 'we will get back to you'
There is no option to cancel the service. Support said they will cancel it and they never do. I got charged with the name of 'Hf Distro LLC', they dont even use their own company name on billing.
dont waste your time using this tool.

As outlined in our plan details, free skip tracing is only available on our Pro, Elite, or Lead Automator plans. You can verify your current subscription and its included features by visiting the “Account” section within your PropStream dashboard.
Regarding your billing history, we understand you experienced an error when attempting to retrieve your records. Normally, billing details—including recurring charges, in-app purchases, and prepaid credits—can be accessed through the 'Billing History' section, where you can download individual transactions or your full history via PDF. Our team is aware of the issue you encountered and is actively working on a resolution. As noted, your billing statement will be sent to you via email once resolved.

Easy to sign up and difficult to cancel.
Had to find out how to cancel on YouTube and so did thousands of others according to the views on these videos.
Why would a trustworthy company make it difficult to cancel yet extremely easy to take your credit card info, sign up, upgrade account?

Not so muh a wrong its more like a bait and switch. The account I share and have always shared was changed and that is where the trouble began and is still not corrected acceptably for us.

It was a difficult platform to use as it put more leads that weren’t really leads into my list of prospective leads. I’m sure a user error but it still didn’t work easily.
