I lost a sale of home because of their…
I lost a sale of home because of their inaccurate information they retrieved from their so called VENDER. Giving WRONG information that there is an HOA on my home. This is a subdivision with no HOA. I called the County and verified that this info is incorrect. Upon contacting them they insisted their VENDOR’S information was correct. They did not call Maricopa County AZ. But took VENDERS word that info is correct. I even sent a snapshot from Maricopa County Assessor’s office website for my property. Proof there is NO HOA. Refused to change. Implied intent to harm by use of false and inaccurate information in there files.

Great customer service
I had an issue with getting logged into my account and was locked out. I didn’t expect to get quick customer service on a Sunday afternoon but they got it squared away and I’m back in!

Not Good
The accuracy of property information was far too inaccurate to be paying for, nor is it updated frequently enough. I spent too much time looking at allegedly off-market properties, just to find out that they were on the MLS, sold on the MLS, or owned by someone else entirely.

My account got suspended and you can't…
My account got suspended and you can't verify my information any other way besides using my first 4 and last 4 of my credit card information. Even banks don't ask for such information. I feel you guys are fraud becase you just charged my credit card over $100 and suspended my account so I can't access it. I want my money back otherwise I'll get a lawyer involved.

Forgot to cancel after the free trial
Forgot to cancel after the free trial. Could not find cancellation option online so I called. The representative informed me they could not refund or prorate my fee even though it was the start of the billing cycle. Refused to allow me to speak to a manager. Very unprofessional.
