Very poor company i raised an issue i…

Very poor company i raised an issue i cant log for 1 month so i cant monitor my property when away which is a disgrace for security. And still paying direct debit for no service. I am moving to Verisure hopefully better service.

This company scammed me into a contract…

This company scammed me into a contract with a much higer fee than promised. On top of that the camera stopped working and they don't resolve it but keep sending invoices. they are agressive and only focussed on getting payments in. NEVER SIGN a contact with them no matter what they promise. It is all a lie. Be warned please!

Be careful

Be careful ! The technical part is OK, put the administrative part is a nightmare. No answer, even after more than 2 months, despite their say, impossible to have someone to talk to, only internet messages

Stay away from Prosegur! You will regret using them

I asked Prossegur on October 7th to pause my alarm contract, since I was moving temporarily to a property where installation was not allowed.
They refused, citing “company policy”, and told me to transfer the contract instead. I followed their instructions, but their sales agent mishandled everything, causing the new buyer, who actually wanted the service, to give up.

I sent follow-up emails on October 31st and November 5th, with no real response. They even promised “urgent support” for removing the alarm but never showed up, leaving me to uninstall it myself just before handing over the house.

Now they keep sending automated threats to charge me €270 for a service I cannot use and tried to handle properly weeks in advance.
Extremely poor customer service, zero accountability, and no respect for loyal clients.

Edit:
1) "We are sorry to hear that your experience as a customer has not met your expectations." - amazing how you hear this in ALL answer, they are the most arrogant, non customer centric company I have ever seen
2) "We remain fully available at x"
No you are not, 1 month have passed and no answer. Stop giving standard answer.

Just admit you don't care about customers.

Camera

Camera: does not work properly
Loyalty program friends: never got my points
Customer service: never know what to do

One month trying to fix my camera, today I put the technician and their own customer service to talk to each other coz I am truly tired of nonsense and the result was neither could solve my problem, the customer service was reluctantly to escalate my issue to a supervisor despite me explaining to her that we are in this rodeo for a month!!! She kept on blaming the technician and told me “there is nothing I can do from here”I asked if she thinks is normal that the technician also could not help me and maybe she wants to get to the supervisor? And she was really not helpful!! I have now 1 external camera doing zero job and I am still paying for it.

I will just take a break from it today and tomorrow I am calling to just cancel the whole thing.Very poor quality technology services.

Big name , but unthrustworthy behavior

Big name , but unthrustworthy behavior .

The agent came and promised services ,that they can not deliver. Therefore I revocated the contract by e-mail and agent , no answer .
Visiting you, the agent tries to make you belive , that you are buying the equipment . In the contract ,there is a list of prices for each individual equipment ,e.g. camera for ca.260 Euros. But there is no VAT listed , a fact, that shoud have made me suspicious.
Later ,the contract ,that they send me via email says, the payment of over 1000 euro is only for the installation and installation means in this case pure labor.
Even tough I revocated the contract within the first 14 days , they therefore charge over 1000 Euros for two hours of work .
Prosegur never replied to my e-mails . Today I spoke to Prosegur on the phone , the line was terminated after I mentioned the revocation ....

My advice : Avoid Avoid Avoid !
Systematic rip off !

Customer service non-existent

Customer service non-existent

I have tried many times now to cancel my contract with Prosegur via email and recorded delivery letter but they do not listen. They simply send me more invoices. They are quick to sign you up and take your money but it seems it is impossible to stop.

Já tentei várias vezes cancelar meu contrato com a Prosegur por e-mail e carta de entrega gravada, mas eles não escutam. Eles simplesmente me enviam mais faturas. Eles são rápidos em inscrever você e pegar seu dinheiro, mas parece que é impossível parar.

Looks like I have been ghosted

I pay nearly €50 per month for cameras and an alarm that does not work. I have tried since last week to contact this company via phone calls, messages on their website and email but to no avail. I have explained in these messages that l have had theft and vandalism but still no reply. God help me if there is a home invasion or another emergency, where l would have to depend on this company for a response.
Quick to book off money from my account but no service.
