Very sure this company are trained scammers

Now I understand why this company changed its name.

Avoid Verisure. Extremely poor experience from start to finish, aggressive sales, lack of transparency, and terrible customer support.

I was never clearly informed that there is no option to cancel early with a penalty. Instead, they force you to pay the full contract until the end, even if you no longer use the service. This is especially problematic if you’re renting (my case).

Now I need to remove the equipment as I’m leaving the property, and no one answers calls or emails. No guidance, no support .. nothing.

Unprofessional, unhelpful, and very frustrating. Think twice before signing.

Clarification on Sensor Identification

Dear Verisure Portugal Team,
Thank you for your service so far — simple, objective, and transparent. I hope it continues in this direction.
I would like to request a clear map of the house indicating all sensor locations, with identification names that match exactly what appears both in the mobile application and on the technician’s control panel.
Currently, the sensor names shown in my app often differ from those identified by the technician over the phone. This has already caused several misunderstandings and makes the process unnecessarily time-consuming and tiring.
Having a consistent and unified identification system would greatly improve communication and efficiency.

I’ve had a really good experience with…

I’ve had a really good experience with Verisure so far. The team was friendly and easy to deal with, the installation went smoothly, and it’s reassuring to know my home in the Algarve is being monitored, especially when I’m not there. It just gives that extra peace of mind. Definitely a service I feel comfortable relying on.

A job very well done by both your employees.

Your operative that I spoke to on the telephone was polite, respectful, and professional. She was able to technically identity the problems I was experiencing, and able to suggest a prompt path forward to rectify then.
The young technician that contacted me via telephone was able to suggest an earlier date for his visit to my home, and politely checked that this new date was ok for me.
He arrived promptly and set about investigating my system to identify any problems.
He was both able and willing to make sure I understood what he was doing and why.
I feel greatly reassured and happy.
